SUMMER BOOKINGS ARE A MINIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS SATURDAY THROUGH SATURDAY ONLY.
WINTER/MONTHLY RATES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
Beach house located at 701 Cabana Beach Road, 2 bedrooms/2 bath. Master bedroom has queen size bed, large walk in closet and full bathroom. Second bedroom will sleep 6 comfortably with two sets of "twin over full" bunk beds and a large walk in closet. Each bedroom has cable, TV and DVD player. Large living area has a queen size sleeper sofa, a love seat sofa and a day bed with trundle. There is 55 inch smart TV in living area with wireless WIFI throughout. there is a full laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink. The kitchen has granite counter tops, ample cabinet space, dishwasher, and refrigerator freezer. The house has hardwood floors throughout and sliding glass doors in each room giving access to the spacious back deck. Back deck has a gas grill with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The front porch has a swing and a full size picnic table, perfect for a relaxing evening or time with family and friends. There is also another private shower outside with hot and cold running water, perfect for a quick shower after a day at the beach. The house is private, comfortable and well equipped with access to a private beach. Your pets are welcome on the beach and the property is perfect for walking pets.

Great find

2025 was our 2nd visit & we still love this property. Comfortable to sleep 8-10. Clean. Short walk or drive to the beach. Safe area, felt comfortable allowing our teen girls to walk back to the house when they were done at the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. The beach is not crowded & also dog friendly for those that want to bring their fur baby.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

This was a fantastic beach rental. 2 bedrooms with plenty of space & sleeping options. Kitchen had plenty of supplies for eating in. 2 nice size bathrooms. Front porch with swing was great. The road the house is on is quiet. The gulf side beach is easily accessible by car or short walk. We packed our truck each day with our chairs, umbrellas, cooler w/drink & snacks to park in provided private lot on the beach for ease of transporting essentials. The walk is about 0.25 miles each way. You can visit Fort Morgan or the pier with bay side beach access with an approximate 15 minute drive. Mini golf, shopping, and other activities are about 30 minutes drive. Next time I would stop for groceries prior to arrival and use the dollar general (5 minutes drive) for small items only. There was an issue with prior renters & cleaning company but the owner was quick to help address this issue and it did not affect our opinion overall. Things for FYI- You must be able to climb stairs to access this rental, not an issue for us. Bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc.

Great Time at the Beach House

Wonderful location and host

We had a wonderful visit and are already looking forward to another! The house is in a great location, with a private beach just a walk down the road. We appreciated that it's not in the busy Gulf Shores area, that there is a store with essentials right down the road and beautiful areas to explore outside, with a nature preserve and more. When we did want to go souvenir hunting or to a restaurant, that area isn't too far either. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for our family, and well-stocked with essentials. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you and we look forward to returning!

Private, cozy beach house

We’ve enjoyed a week at this property multiple times now. Older neighborhood with trees and private beach access. Would definitely recommend this property.

Family Time

Thus was a great break from the chaos of the main strip. We had 7 people with us, so getting to the beach took 2 loads in our car(only one parking pass per house). However. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space from the back deck barbeque, front porch swing, or downstairs seating. We really liked having the outside shower option downstairs as well.

Perfect location for us!

Communications with the owner were excellent! Easy check in. Charming house. Nice grill on back deck. Weather was a scorcher. But the beach was awesome and very close. We drove because of the heat but easily walkable. Book it! Youll love it!

Great House!

It is a very clean house. Well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. The only thing you need to bring are consumable items like paper products and food. And if you like to cook using sharp knives then bring your set. You can not see the beach from the property but can drive about half a mile down a gravel dusty road to get to a beautiful serene and peaceful private beach that sits a little ways down the coast from a resort. The house is surrounded by a lot of greenery and has almost a jungle type feel with all the wildlife and bugs. The yard is fairly large and the neighborhood is quiet. The host communicates well and seems very friendly and welcoming. The house accommodated 7 of us comfortably. The bunks on top are not for big kids, little ones only, but there are plenty of beds for everyone! Our vacation was very memorable and fun even with a small issue upon arriving. Thank you!

Wonderful and comfortable beach house

Sparkling clean interior. House and furnishings are in good shape. Beds are good, mattresses seem new and sturdy. It is a ranch style home, bedrooms on each end of the house, affording space and privacy. Nice kitchen but if you’re doing serious cooking you may want to bring your own pans. There are pots you can make do with but they are inexpensive. First day supplies only and we found salt and pepper. Bring your own supplies. It is a quiet neighborhood about two blocks from the beach which is private access. We loved this comfortable and clean home and had no complaint! Plenty sheets, towels and bedding. The house is up in the air, twenty steps total! Our favorite thing was sitting in the porch swing at night, listening to the Gulf. We use VRBO regularly and this is an excellent property. Only two bedrooms but it does sleep many people and it is spacious and uncluttered. We were happy with our stay.

Best winter getaway ever

We stayed for six weeks in jan/feb 23. Great pet friendly home. Owner was quick to respond. Perfect location, 10 miles to gulf shores, dollar general very close, property has trees for privacy, easy walk to beach or bay, nice gas grill, nice kitchen and baths, main level laundry. We will ne back!

Quiet & Peaceful

We've stayed at this property twice now and enjoy the quiet, private neighborhood & beach. Easy walk or drive to the beach. Lovely comfortable home. The only negative is the lack of reliable internet service in this area. In all other respects I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful location, but house is dirty and run down.

First, let me say that the house is in a beautiful location. It is a wooded area, secluded and only about a 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the private beach. On the other hand. The interior of the house is in rough shape. It is very dirty and extremely dusty. We had to clean for about an hour when we first got there and throughout the week we stayed, my family's dust allergies were really acting up. Pillows and blankets are very dirty. All the chair covers are stained along with many of the curtains. There are cracks in a few walls and the ceiling has water damage. The screen doors are ripped and falling off. The wifi is a DSL line and is totally not sufficient for anything but checking email. For the price we paid and the availability of rentals in the area, I wish we would have stayed at a different property. The pictures don't show the real state of the house. I emailed all of these issues to the property owner, but she never responded.
