Nice Fall Visit to HHI

Evian 232 is a very nice condo, especially for a couple. Peaceful and quiet, with views of the golf course and pond, the property is quite comfortable. The open floor plan gives good lighting and outdoor views from the kitchen and living room area. Well outfitted with the basics. Decor is thematic without being overly "beachy."

Good central location

Nice, spacious 2 bedroom, centrally located for our needs, Wedding at resort, then a little sightseeing to get our first glimpse of Hilton Head. AMAZING white sandy beach.

We had a great stay

We had a lovely stay! The house has everything needed and was recently remodeled. The bedrooms could use more air circulation but totally manageable. The distance from the beach is ideal and the community was fantastic. We will be back!!!

HHI Family Time

We have visited HHI many times and this was our first time staying at The Shipyard. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. We loved the location to the beach, pool, restaurants & local attractions. We found the furniture to be comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue was with the blinds where apparent miss use over time has caused them not to work properly. My husband loved having a green in the background. We did witness an alligator probably 8 feet long walk out of the lagoon in the backyard and across the cart path & into the woods. So, please be cautious if you have dogs around the water in the backyard. We always rent a boat, (with a captain) from Outside Hilton Head Boat & Kayak Tours. They have 3 or 4 hour options to water ski, tube and wakeboard. We also drove over to Bluffton & Savannah both short drives and worth the trip. Another must is The Bank Beer Garden. It’s new and family friendly for all ages. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Great location and layout

First the good! We liked the location very much and the rental layout was very nice. The master bed was comfortable. The living room sofa and loveseat not very comfortable so I used one of the patio chairs when sitting in the living room. Toaster not working properly and I sent a message to the manager and got no response. We rented for two weeks and only 3 rolls of toilet paper! Just came from a time share the week before and they left us with 9 rolls of toilet paper for one week of rental. The most annoying part of our two weeks was that this unit is a first floor apartment with a rental above us! Heavy walkers and noisy at times, even after 10pm. We have rented on HHI Several times and never had occupants above us. The worst part is that when we first arrived I considered renting again for next year but that changed when I saw that the price for the same time next year increased by $1,307 an over 30% increase! Spring Break

Very nice property! Perfect for a week stay in Hilton Head Island with a family of 4! Very close and convenient to everything we wanted to do especially the beach! We appreciate the property management being in contact with us prior, during and after our stay. The property had plenty of linens, towels, dishes, pots/pans etc. The only thing I would recommend is a deep cleaning of the property and none of the door blinds worked so we never opened them.

Amazing Condo

We vacation on HHI 4 times a year and this is by far the best condo we’ve stayed at. It has an open floor plan and lots of cupboard space. It was completely furnished with all the things you would need to cook. The master bath was big and had a very nice shower. The view from the bedroom and the dining room was amazing. You can see the tee box for the 8 hole for one of the shipyard golf courses and the putting green for the 7th hole. We saw lots of wildlife outside. The grill was nice and big. This unit has a huge TV in the living room. A bit of a walk to the pool but doable and about a 7 minute walk to the beach.

All around good fit

Stayed here for a family golf vacation and found everything was just right. The location was just as advertised right on the golf course and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were clean and comfortable. Vacasa staff were friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful updated condo

This is a beautifully updated condo in a great location. Plenty of room. Easy parking. We did not cook in the condo but everything you would need to eat there is included. We had a minor concern and it was addressed immediately by the management company. My only recommendations would be curtains over the blinds on the doors in the main bedroom and a better porch light out front. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice well equipped unit, quite

This is our second time in the unit. We bring our own beach gear and wagon. It's 3/4 mile walk to the beach. Alternatively you can rent chairs and umbrellas at the resort.

Great week at HHI! This condo was very nice! Kitchen is equipped with all utensils/tools needed for dining in. Location is convenient to all areas of the island. Love that there is a beach parking pass included. We would definitely stay here again!

A relaxing oasis!

We had the best week at Evian #232!! We brought all of our food so that we could avoid traffic and long waits. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was labeled and easy to find. We enjoyed long walks on the beach in the morning and long bike rides around the golf course after dinner and dessert. The pool was nice and shady for much of the day and we discovered a bald eagle nest with two baby birds while we swam. We saw tons of alligators, anhingas, pelicans, blue herons, and deer too! We loved the views of the golf course and ponds. The beach is about a half mile away but there is plenty of parking right near the beach. It’s always a good idea to set up early. We hope to return next year or maybe even for a thanksgiving trip with our family...we are still trying to talk them into it. 😉💗

Great location and appointments

Our third stay at Hilton head and this by far the best condo we've stayed in. Well stock kitchen, could cook or prepare anything. All premium cable channels.

Stay at Vacasa

The villa was very spacious and comfortable. Nicely decorated but when turning down the sheets we realized they were not washed. They may consider a new cleaning company. We were up until 1am washing and drying them. Owner refunded a whopping $69. The air does not go below 70 also. For the price a little disappointing.

Beautiful villa, comfortable and convenient

We were able to book a last-minute 2-night stay at this property, and we wished we were able to stay longer! The villa is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-stocked. We were able to access the beach by a quick drive (a beach parking pass was included) or easy bike ride. We will definitely look into a longer stay here in the future!
