Bienvenido a una unidad impecablemente limpia de dos dormitorios y dos baños ubicada en el cuarto piso que ofrece una vista de la costa del Golfo de México y la piscina estilo laguna. Love the location!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo at High Pointe! The location is absolutely perfect — just steps from the beach, and we loved having access to the gorgeous resort-style pool and Crabby Steve’s right on property. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The beds were cozy, and the view from the balcony was stunning — especially at sunset. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we’re so grateful to have stayed here. Can’t wait to come back!

The only negative to this condo is that there is no assessable closet in the master bedroom… there is a small linen closet in the bedroom, but nowhere to hang clothes. Also, this condo needs a full length mirror somewhere! …. other than that, very comfortable, nice decor, and location is close to everything.

Perfect family destination

This very quickly climbed to the top of our list of beach vacation rentals. The pool is great for all ages and beach access was just a couple minute walk down the board walk. One of our favorite things was that we didn't have to get in our car one time to find good food, shopping, coffee, or live music. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was seamless from start to finish. The communication made things so easy. The property and condo were clean, and the security measures were very comforting, especially with the busyness of Spring Break. The property was calm at night which was nice. The view from the condo is beautiful! Highly recommend! We will be back!

Wonderful

This property is beautiful from the room to the view to the pool & grounds. The room was stocked with everything we needed - plenty of kitchen supplies, extra pillows and blankets, baskets to keep organized, extra fans. We didn’t want for anything except patio furniture. The furniture on the balcony is beautiful to look at but quite uncomfortable. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The wrist band process was easy. We are already looking into visiting again!

Great Week on 30A

Had a great week at High Pointe...Great ocean view. Second time to this resort. Suggestions would be to include a table and chairs for dining on the veranda. Most other condos have this and we really missed having one as we like to dine outside. Also, perhaps more plates would be in order as we got thru only one meal with what was there. Was great to see the Pickleball courts, seeing the last time we were there the tennis court was in disarray. The door trim had fallen off entry door, we reported it to the Vacasa Office, was told it would be fixed that same day.....did not happen the entire week we were there, so we pushed it back on as we left.

Great Start to Summer

We had a great long weekend at High Pointe to kick off the summer! Condo was as pictured, and the location of High Pointe is perfect with beach access, a short walk to shops for daily ice cream, direct access to the pool, and a short walk to Crabby Steve’s for a fun beachside meal. We highly recommend this location and this condo!

Too many inconveniences

The location is great and the included beach chairs were really helpful. However, the unit needs a deep cleaning and a bathroom wasn’t cleaned upon our arrival. We were warned two weeks before our vacation that the pool would be closed. Upon arriving the tennis courts were also unusable. The inconveniences and the lack of cleanliness were really disappointing.

Very nice but small issues

We enjoyed our stay. A bunch of great things and other items needing improvement. The good: beautiful condo. Fantastic view. Top floor. Direct line of sight to pool and ocean. White walls. Decent furniture. Nice extras like good quality wine glasses. Modern updated master bathroom. The opportunities for improvement: wireless goes in and out. Weak when working. Building roof gutter located within feet of 2nd bedroom needs to be screwed down. With high wind as we had it rattles and kept us up at night. Mattresses beginning to sink. Hope this helps.

Great place!

The view is wonderful, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful decor! Would have loved a couple of throw blankets for the den :) this was our first trip to high point and we will definitely be back! Perfect location for walking… we didn’t get in our car all week!

What a view

We never had access to the bikes unable to get combinations to unlock them. Wish we had more info on the security bands and our unit location. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Convenient to snoops and restaurants is great.

Great Location and Property

Great location. Condo is a short walk to all things Rosmary and Seacrest. Easy beach access and wonderful pool. Top floor unit with decent privacy and partial ocean view. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit and damage given the high cleaning fees charged by VRBO/Vacasa. Mini blinds were crunched and damaged, freezer handle falling off, and master bath was not very clean. Unit needs a deep clean, including furniture. And maintenance repairs.

LOVED!

We loved staying at High Pointe 2424! It's decorated very well and all of the seating areas and beds are super comfortable. I love that everything is so updated, white, fresh and clean. There is plenty of dresser storage in the bedrooms and the double vanity in the master was nice. The master did not have hanging space, but plenty of drawers to store everything. The views are incredible from the master bedroom and living area (of the nice pool and ocean) and the natural light pouring into the rooms was spectacular. There's an awesome linen covered comfy chair in the bedroom surrounded by windows .. perfect for reading or chilling. The balcony was great for that too. We didn't have the best weather so it was great to be able to eat in and have everything you need if you wanted to cook. 3 TVs and no issues with internet connection at any point. Though the 2 free bikes were great for going to Alys, Rosemary, or Inlet, RIGHT across the street was a Starbucks, a few great restaurants, ice cream, a small grocery store, sun shop, a pub and live music most nights with a fire pit and places to grab a to-go drink. This location cannot be beat! Beach was close and easy to access and the two free chairs and umbrella set-up were a great perk and saved us a lot of money and hassle of carrying things back and forth. Crabby Steves .. we obviously enjoyed since we ate there 3 times! The Vacasa team checked on us several times and they were very responsive and helpful. They are located just next door to High Pointe so it's easy to pop over and see a live person if needed. We've stayed in other nice places in Rosemary and Inlet Beach, but High Pointe is by far our new favorite place to stay. I think 2424 doesn't have many reviews because people are trying to keep this one a secret.

Perfect

They unit is decorated so lovely, everything is updated and is very clean and comfortable. Perfect location easy to get to beach as well as coffee shop, restaurants etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

Adorable condo in a great location!

There were few reviews when we booked this condo, but I am so glad that we did! The location is walk-able to SO much and it's great to have Crabby Steve's onsite for quick snacks/meals. The decor is this condo is adorable and clean. The rooms seemed even bigger in person than in the pictures! The pool was kept neat, the elevators were quick and the onsite staff was so friendly. Having 2 beach chairs and 2 bikes included was amazing! We will definitely be coming back next year to stay. The only con is that you aren't working with an actual owner - it's the rental company, so it felt a lot less personal and it was harder to get in touch with people. There were also very little added amenities in the condo, so be sure to buy things like coffee filters, coffee, trash bags, dish/laundry detergent, salt/pepper, etc. Those would have been nice touches!

Beautiful Home in Great Location!

This was the perfect spot along 30A. Right across from some cute shops and a quick walk to Alys Beach and Rosemary beach. The included umbrella and chair setup was awesome and it was so fun to ride the included bikes to date night. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break 2021

Used to love this location and property, but far too crowded and overrun by large groups of teenagers on the beach and in surrounding area this year. Condo was also not clean at all ... stained sheets, dirty shower, counter surfaces that had not been wiped, stained couch, dirty floors. We come to this resort for easy beach access and Crabby Steve’s on property, but this may have been our last stay.

Great location!

We come to Seacrest every year and this is the first time we have stayed here! It was very cozy and it was located right by the pool with an excellent view! Love Crabby Steve’s and having coffee on the patio in the mornings. Great for a family of 4!
