Located at High Pointe Resort - a private, gated community right on the Gulf in Rosemary Beach - this fourth-floor condo boasts tranquil water views from the furnished balcony. Feel the breeze through the palm trees while you sip morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Stroll to the beach to dig your toes in the sand, stretch out in one of the loungers beside the shared pool, or work up a sweat at the on-site tennis and pickleball courts.

Adorned with beachy decor, the condo's living room invites you to unwind into vacation mode. Kick back with a good book or tune into favorite TV shows. Prepare home-cooked meals in the kitchen that features a four-person bar. When it's time to eat, grab a seat at the adjacent four-person dining table.

Very clean condo and decorated so nicely! Great access to pool and beach without having to travel far. We walked everywhere! Central to downtown Rosemary! Would go again!

We had a great time with friends and property is clean and plenty of space with a good size balcony with a ceiling fan. The whole property is well maintained and close to the beach and shops within a five minute walk. On-site dining at Crabby Steve’s and additional great dining options around the shops. LaCo is our go to for dining with Chef Tim and their amazing staff. Sit at the bar for a awesome personable experience.

Great condo in High Pointe

We enjoyed another great week in 30A! This was our 3rd time to stay at High Pointe, and this condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, well updated, and in a wonderful location. Quick access to the beach, the shops in Rosemary, and Crabby Steve's. We would stay here again!

Great location, clean, and good for family

Stayed here in December with my wife and 2 kids under 3. Condo was clean and very accurately described with a nice view of the ocean. The location is perfect - it’s a very short walk to many of the shops, restaurants, and bars in Rosemary Beach. There is a nice little onsite playground as well. No complaints - this was a great family trip!

Great stay

We’ve stayed here for the past three years. The High Pointe is hard to beat for its location and amenities. You can easily walk to Rosemary or even to Alys. The pool, private beach and access to Crabby Steve’s really make the experience. As for the unit, it’s clean, updated and modern. The balcony can be a bit noisy with the pool pumps, but it’s a great option overall!

Growing pains ?

Quick visit but still needed to work morning. Arrival had no tv working and no internet. Calls to office, rebooting router, boxes were unplugged and had to move large pieces of furniture annd two hours to setup. Office stated it was a complex wide upgrade in process. Unit seems to have had recent upgrades that were attractive. No closet in primary bedroom with a temporary hanging rack for clothes standing in the primary bath. Odd for certain with what seems to be the primary closet locked? Crabby Steve’s menu has changed some but still a great convenience. Still love the location of High Pointe.

Television didn’t work in two rooms , main room was a problem, some of the time

Condo needs to add additional pieces as things are missing over the years. Things are missing or short guest to dinner total six people four wine glasses only … will not pay an additional $60 for two chairs and an umbrella. That’s an additional 300 a week that used to be two umbrella’s for chairs. Nobody comes with two people and stays in a larger condo. Could not work the fan and light as there was no control for the fan itself. I know it’s new technology, but I couldn’t get it to work. I appreciate the prompt help to try to fix, but it didn’t render the results we had hope for.

Great long girls’ weekend

We stayed three nights for a long girls’ weekend. It was great that we each had our own king bed. The room was quiet and we got a lot of rest and relaxation! We loved walking everywhere for dinner and shopping. Security at the complex was great and we always felt safe. We did not end up using the bikes because we were so close to everything, but we were thankful to have them available if we wanted. We used the beach chairs everyday. We did have to reach out to the property manager for more blankets - outside of your linens on your bed, there were no blankets for lounging on the couches. Blankets were delivered promptly. We also reached out that our ice maker in the freezer did not work. This was NOT fixed during our stay. We got a bag of ice at the corner store lacrosse the street. Suggested improvements: - The ice maker did not work and no one came to fix it during our stay even though I reached out to the property manager. - Had to request extra blankets for lounging on the couches. - The linens in the bathroom could all use replacing. They were very thin and not soft at all.

Nice with a few shortcomings

This was a well kept and well decorated condo, but a few spots for improvement. The space is lovely, beautiful kitchen, great view and location. Our main complaint was with the linens - doesn’t sound very important, but the sheets were way too small for the beds so they wouldn’t stay on. The mattress cover was ripped, so we basically slept on a bunched up sheet the entire week. Blankets and towels are thin, cheap motel quality. We aren’t looking for luxury towels/bedding, but these were small and scratchy. I never knew that linens could bring down an experience, but they definitely did for my entire family this week. Also make note that there are no beach towels available so bring your own. Great ice maker and water dispenser in the door of the fridge. Bring your own coffee filters and ground coffee - they don’t leave anything behind from the precious renter as most do. Overall a good stay, but needs sheets that fit and decent bath towels if we are to stay again. Frustrating.

Perfect 30A location

We could not have picked a better spot to enjoy the beach with awesome water views and so close to everything that Rosemary had to offer. The condo itself was spectacular and we really enjoyed the outside balcony watching the ocean waves. The security of this place is top notch and could not have felt safer inside the gates. We explored all along 30A and by far liked our location the most of everywhere else we visited. Would highly recommend.

Long weekend

Amazing Stay!

This home is extremely comfortable, well furnished, clean, stylish, etc. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds we slept great in. The living room couches are cozy and plenty of room for our family. The restrooms and showers were well functioning—great appliances, finishes, water pressure. The location in the complex is great, as well as proximity to the beach and Rosemary proper, restaurants, and shops. We are so happy with our stay and hopefully will be back next year! Truly a home away from home.
