Beautiful 1 BR 1 bath condo with awesome water view of the intercoastal, located in Westwinds Waterfront Resort. 800 square feet with large living area including 65 in Smart TV, queen sofa sleeper and gorgeous Bamboo floors, fully equipped kitchen, king bed in master and 43in flat screen TV. Master has a walk-in closet w/iron, ironing board, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and towels for beach/pool. Short walk across the street to access the beach of Treasure Island. Grocery store, shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The Resort has an elevator, heated pool, two gas grills, 3 docks and a peaceful area to just sit and look at the water. Enjoy your morning coffee by the window overlooking the pool and intercoastal waterway. Look for the dolphins and manatee under the dock!

The condo was clean and the view right over the pool looking into the lagoon was peaceful. In the morning you could see the sunrise out of those windows. The condo is also very close to beach access and many restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful Treasure Island Getaway

If you are looking for the perfect property for a vacation in Treasure Island, then look no further- this is it!! This condo is spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We found everything we needed in the well- stocked kitchen to cook our meals. The location is perfect, right on the water, and we enjoyed getting up early, grabbing a cup of coffee and going outside to relax and watch the sunrise. We appreciated the easy beach access right across the street where we also were able to see the beautiful sunset. The supermarket was a short walk away, and we found that everything else we wanted to see and do required just a short walk or drive. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights and wished we were staying longer. Great location, nice property and lots to do in the area. The unit is homey and has everything you need!!

Comfy place to getaway

Very clean, comfy condo. Great for 2 people. Very comfy king sized bed. Smaller bathroom and kitchen but everything you could ever need is provided. Pool area is smaller but beautiful views and never over crowded. Very close to everything. We walked to 4 restaurants...most within 5-10min. Less than 5 min walk to be on the beach. TV is a little complicated but directions do help and it was great to have acccess to Netflix, Prime, Hulu as well as local stations. Wifi was good. Had a few blips but never more than a few min. AC is quite loud but great white noise to sleep and never really interrupted us. Will definitely keep this condo as a favorite for our next trip to Treasure Island.

Beautiful condo!

The condo is incredible. Everything you need for your stay is provided. The condo is very comfortable. Very clean, modern, and updated with a lovely view. Saw dolphins every morning while sitting on the deck. The decor is tastefully done giving the feel of home. The location is close to everything from beach accesses, food establishments, and shops. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

Perfect couples getaway

This property was amazing! Very clean and had everything that we needed for the beach. Property owner was also very helpful and responded immediately when we had questions. We will definitely be back. Decor was perfect and bed very comfy

Great property

Conveniently located for beach, shops and bars. The apartment had everything we needed and it was great to have beach chairs and a cooler. The bed was very comfortable! We had a great stay.

We were here for an extremely short stay (just overnight) but we enjoyed the condo and all it had to offer. The owners are extremely responsive!

A treasure in Treasure Island

The Beach Retreat condo was perfect. Spotlessly clean, professionally decorated, very spacious, well equipped with all the essentials plus extra little touches that made the stay just that much more enjoyable. Awesome vacation haven.

Great place to stay!

We loved the condo. The rental process was super easy and the condo owners a pleasure to work with. The condo was updated and very clean, very well equipped, and comfortable to hang out in. The facility itself was very well kept and right on the inter coastal. There were chairs outside for morning coffee and a nice pool for a quick swim. The location perfect for us. We would definitely rent with them again. Thank you for a great few days stay!

Exceeded our expectations!

The hosts thought of everything! Loads of amenities in this beautifully decorated and spacious condo! Enjoyed the k-cup coffee already there for our visit. Boogie board, cooler, beach chairs, towel and umbrella were all available for our use. The nightstands in the bedroom each had phone chargers on them for us! So handy! The bay view was lovely and the beach was literally across the street. Publix and Walgreens just down the street and loved all the local restaurants. No huge high rises, no chain restaurants on every corner....just a quaint fun beach town. I love this location and will definitely visit this condo again!

First Stay at this Property... Won't be the Last!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this condo on Treasure Island. The condo was situated where you could see the intercoastal, as well as the pool and we even got to watch the sunrise from the condo on our last day! The condo itself was decorated very well and the owners even left a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate our 10th anniversary. Tom (one of the owners) was very prompt when asked questions and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. We really look forward to staying here again!

Fabulous, family friendly, beach condo.

Beautiful condo, across the street from the beach, with the intercoastal out the back door. Great beach decor, comfy bed, full kitchen, even beach chairs, boogie board and a cooler. Home away from home!!! The whole family (including 2 teen girls) loved it!!!

Beautiful view

The condo was nice, clean and was fully equipped. The view is beautiful. The lounge chairs by the water topped out stay off.

Wonderful Winter Reprieve

Beautiful escape from winter cold and snow! Owner was great to work with, their beach retreat was well appointed with many thoughtful touches. This location is perfect, too...close to some great attractions, especially water (intracoastal and the Gulf) and grocery store. Hope to stay again soon!

We had a great view of the bay in back. The bed was wonderful. An easy walk to the beach and Publix. Great place to stay.
