Este tercer piso condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños se encuentra en el lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad. Para su comodidad, el edificio tiene un ascensor. Debido a su ubicación central, está a pocos pasos de nuestra playa de arena blanca, las canchas de tenis, la piscina y las barbacoas de carbón. Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de dos dormitorios tienen capacidad para un máximo de seis personas. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama king size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "y hay dos camas de tamaño completo en el dormitorio de invitados con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32". Los hermosos baños principales y de invitados tienen duchas y están equipados con barras de apoyo. Para su entretenimiento, la sala de estar está equipada con un gran televisor de pantalla plana de 60 "con servicio FIOS HD TV. La cocina moderna y espaciosa tiene encimeras de granito y está totalmente equipada con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y cafetera. El condominio está completamente embaldosado. También hay espacio de estar adicional porque el patio se ha incorporado a la sala de estar amueblada con una mesa y sillas.

Highly recommend

This place is the perfect distance for many places and you have access to the gulf side and bay side. We felt right at home during our stay and we are currently planning another trip back.

Beautiful property!!!

The property was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location! The room was right in the middle of the pool and beach. A short drive from the village! We do a trip to siesta beach every year and we plan on using this location again next year!

Download and upload speed was fast when tested but the problem is that it would randomly turn off every few minutes. If you work remote like we do and depend on wifi or just want to finish an episode of a show without it turning off every 5 minutes, I'd find a unit with reliable wifi.

Removing the wall that divides the kitchen and not having a enclosed balcony worked very well for us. We would definitely pick this room again. The only thing it needs is a full length mirror.

The light that flooded in during the mornings and afternoons was amazing. We were not in the room during the day as we spent the entire day out enjoying the beautiful beach and pool. The beach attendant was very helpful in providing us chairs at the beach and helping to set up our umbrella. We loved every minute of our vacation and wished we stayed longer. Cannot wait to return!

Ready to go again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palm Bay Club was comfortable and quaint. Tennis, swimming and easy beach axes made the entire week incredible. Very clean and very easy to access the trolley. My only negative comment would be concerning the large number of under age kids who apparently had a block of rooms with no adult in sight the entire week. I understand it was spring break and I know your security was working hard around 10:00 each night. Couple times the Sheriff was present. I would not my 15 year old daughter walk out to the beach while those kids were hanging out in the street between rows of condo units. But again-I know it was spring break. Not sure how you can fix that!

Hello Steve, thank you for the feedback. Starting with the positives, we are happy to hear your stay was enjoyable. We do understand that the issue with the large population of younger guests during spring break, and despite our best efforts, there's only so much we can do without parent support. The minimum age to enter our domain and rent is 25 years old, and every person who checks in is ID'd. What a family or group does beyond our initial check in, is subject to their discretion. We're sorry that this stay wasn't the ideal, and we do hope that your next trip will be more relaxing and calm.

Vacation 2024

There isn’t much I can say, as I only spent one night at this property before transferring to another unit which was 179. The reason I transferred to another unit, was because it’s not a sleeper of 6 adults. In the future I will be sure to make sure there is a sleeper sofa if there are only 2 bedrooms, especially with full size beds opposed to queen. Having said that, the property is very nice. The kitchen was roomy and well stocked with dishes/utensils. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets, covers, pillows. Also, the bedroom furniture was nice, plenty of dresser drawers, vanity’s in the bathroom. The nice little extras that make a difference. Thermostat worked very well, no limits on the settings. All these things I really came to appreciate upon my transfer to unit 179!! That unit was terrible! I wish I could leave a review on it!! Because of my experience in 179, I will no longer be staying at Palm Bay Club for future vacations at Siesta key!
