Great location, close to beach

Stayed with family for a graduation from JU. Was great to hang out together at beach and at nearby restaurants. Plenty of space for the 6 of us.

Great hosts and great property

Wonderful location so close to the beach. Host was very responsive to the slightest need like frig water filter replacement and stove light bulb replacement. Property has been renovated so in great shape.

Fantastic location!

We really searched for a 3 BR rental (not easy!) that was a short walk to the beach and this condo was perfect! A block from the beach entrance, and the garage serves as a perfect staging area for all the beach stuff-chairs, umbrella, boards, towels, etc. My son loved the apartment-like set up of the bedroom off the garage. Host was very responsive. Beds were super comfortable, there were towels aplenty, and we appreciated how modern the condo is.would come back again!

Great location

We had a wonderful Easter stay with our kids and it was an easy walk to the beach. Common room was beautiful and upstairs bedrooms were very nice! Master bedroom was a surprise as it was on the bottom floor and you had to go through the garage to get there. Everything else was nice.

Great location

Loved the quick walk to the beach or to whole foods to get coffee. Came to visit my son at JU and had a wonderful stay. Quiet neighborhood with lots within walking distance.Nicely decorated with beachy decor! Would definitely stay again!

great location!

the house was stocked with everything we could need. it's one block to the beach and we worked out in the "garage." the fridge has an icemaker and the kitchen met all of our needs. updated decor. the only downside was the plastic mattress covers which made us sweat and the 3rd bedroom is hard to find behind the garage. would stay again.

Wonderful walk to the beach townhouse

Came to Jax beach for a birthday celebration which included Jets v Jags game. The townhouse has a perfect location with a very short 1/2 block walk to the beach. Property includes use of bikes and beach chairs. Three bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses, great kitchen, large sectional in LR which has a great TV and gas fireplace! There are a good number of stairs as it’s on three levels but most people could do them I’d imagine. Owner was very good at communicating and accommodating. The area has several excellent Indy restaurants and it was a short 20 minute ride to the stadium. We highly recommend the location.

Great month in Jax MyBeach

My husband and I have spent 4-5 weeks at Jax Beach for the past 10 or so years to visit with Family in the area. For the first several years we always rented a unit just down the road from this year’s stay. After the unit was sold, we needed to find something else in the general vicinity because it is so convenient. 1st and 2nd rentals were good, but both of them else eventually sold so we couldn’t . 3rd rental was a dud ! This year’s choice was spot on for what we were looking for. Bright, clean, roomy, a very short walk to the beach. Everything lived up to expectation. We had one friendly encounter with the host. Will definitely consider returning ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location!

Easy walk to the beach and short drive to lots of great restaurants. It took us awhile to find the third bedroom that was behind the garage (strange layout) and we were surprised that the master bedroom upstairs did not have a TV. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to know. Also could have used a chair of some kind in the master bedroom. Our teenage daughter was excited to soak in the nice big tub but on our second day, a leak developed from the tub through the floor/ceiling and onto the couch in the living room while she was taking a bath. The host was contacted and he said he would have a plumber in to fix it after our stay but it was disappointing to not be able to use that tub for the rest of our 10 day stay. Overall this was a very nice place and we would stay again!

Great property

We weren’t at the townhouse long. We came for a wedding, not the beach. However, we did take a stroll up the beach and enjoyed how close the property was to the beach. Would be fun to come back for a real vacay. Only downside…taking luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs…may be hard for some to navigate. Overall, excellent.

great could use a few essentials

It is a great place. Perfect location. 20 minute beach walk from the pier. Can actually see the sunrise over the water from the upstairs guest bedroom. Only comment would be the kitchen needs to be better equipped. Very mismatch of glasses and serving ware. It would not take much to better fill the kitchen. Seems randomly done. That said we loved the weekend there and will definitely be back.

Nice place close to beach

We rented this location to be close to the wedding venue where our son got married. Upon arrival discovered the parking area was small for larger vehicles, bur we managed to make it work. The front door was a little tricky to open, left and push. The lay out is a little strange. As soon as you walk in you are greeted we a steep set of stairs which lead up to the living room/kitchen. Very clean. Another set of stairs lead up to 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Again very clean. Beds were ok. One of the sinks in that bathroom was slow to drain, but manageable. We were confused because we didn't know where the 3rd bedroom was. Walked back down to the front door and went into the side garage door. Saw the washer/dryer and another door. That door in the back of the garage was the 3rd bedroom..strange place for a bedroom. You can't enter that bedroom from the main living area you have to go through the garage. Although very nice, just a strange layout. The rental is on a rather busy street causes a little difficulty backing out of the driveway. The parking is tight and if you have more than 2 vehicles parking that could lead to problems. Overall a nice place.

No Sweeter Spot!

Location, location, location. One block off the ocean, this property has an ocean view from the master bedroom. It is convenient to all amenities in the Jax Beach area. The property is well equipped for a short or long stay. I can’t say enough about Jack, he was responsive, friendly and made sure we had whatever was needed. Thank You!
