I stayed here with my two teen-aged sons and the location is perfect - Just a short drive to both quaint downtown Dunedin and gorgeous Honeymoon Island State Park - both are within easy biking distance (and there's storage for bikes). The Causeway, within easy walking distance, has free beach, kayak rentals, and a fun snack/ shack tiki bar to watch the amazing sunsets. There is a small, well-cared, pool in the complex and a variety of good restaurants/ bars within close walking distance (Frenchy's on the Causeway is right across the street). It's just a couple of blocks from the Pinella's County bike trail.
There's a king bed and very comfortable extra large sofa for sleeping.
The home-owner was very responsive and friendly, and had a repair fixed same day so that there was no disruption to the visit.
Overall, in terms of value for money, would highly recommend. Location, location, location!
