El apartamento está muy bien equipado con WIFI, TV de pantalla plana, suelos de madera, aire acondicionado / calefacción, lavadora, plancha, congelador, nevera, microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora, utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama, toallas ...

This location is outstanding. The air conditioning was a sweet relief from the heat. That is where my review takes a turn. This place does not look like the photos. It needs a lot of work to make it look like what they advertise. There are broken tiles, holes in the wall, and it desperately needs a paint job. The sofa is the most uncomfortable thing you have ever sat on. Please get a spatula for use with the frying pans. The toaster blew the circuit and the microwave didn’t work at all but both were replaced a few days into our stay. The emergency phone number is the main VRBO number and they have no clue. I have no idea how you are supposed to know ahead about what you are getting. The reviews didn’t give any indication. I’m hoping you are not as disappointed as we were. We sure spent a lot of money for a shabby looking place.
That is the seating you get for 10 people. The sofa is a horror to sit on.
Not the picture shown for sure. It’s a shared patio with the neighboring apartment.
Curtains are coming off on right window.
The kitchen kick plates under the cabinets fell down constantly. The clips are broken.

Large apartment close to Las Ramblas

The property is located a 5 minute walk from Las Ramblas. A mini supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. Located in a quiet street although we did have some noise from the property above but this was sorted quickly by the owner. Property was ideal for 8 people with 2 bathrooms and plenty of hot water.

Amazing place, we were shocked by how big both apartments were. Have everything you need plus the location was perfect; near nice bars, rent a bike places, literally one minute from a supermarket, loads of lovely cafes. Best apartments I have stayed in and my friends agreed. Thank you!

The apartments are located in the very center. We were absolutely blown away by the location! Half a block away from Ramblas, then maybe a short block to markets. We had no idea we’d booked a place in the heart of the city so that was a lovely surprise. The place is super cute and spacious. Beds were all comfortable and had crisp, professionally laundered sheets. Towels were clean and plentiful. Gorgeous high ceilings. Good A/C and heating. Nice courtyards! Stylish place. The metro is very close and simple to use. We frequented a grocery store called condis. So many things were right about this place and the price was so reasonable that I’ll just say... 9 out of 10 for this lovely apartment in old town.

Excellent!

If I could rate this higher, I would! We loved our stay at this apartments. Thank you Philip and all the staff for the accommodations and excellent communication prior to our stay and during our stay. The location was close to every area of town and had everything we needed close by (bakery, store, etc). The spaces were surprisingly large and offered four full bathrooms (very helpful with 7 teens!). I would recommend this space to anyone who wants to spread out. We had two families, with four adults and seven teens, and everyone had a bed and a room. Another huge plus was the dishwasher, which was needed during our stay in Barcelona after having traveled from Northern Spain and France the previous week and a half. Thank you !

The apartments were very clean and confortable. The beds and pillows were comfy. The entire family slept well. The apartment is well isolated so we didn’t hear any noise from the streets. Wifi works good. This apartment is well located right next to la Rambla.

Fantastic Location- great amenities

We rented two apartments for a family of 14 and had more than enough space! It is right next to Las Ramblas and El Mercado (this amazing market where you have everything from made to order food/tapas to raw fish, meat, veggies and fruit, fresh flowers, olive oils, etc.). The apartments have air conditioning, dishwashers, and a washer and dryer. The only downside is the whole building is rentals so we had one night we were kept up all night by the people above us who were obviously drunk and locked out of their house- they banged on the door, yelled and even puked in the hallway. I doubt this is common though! Also if you're not out by the checkout time they will charge you so make sure to read the fine print and get out! This was very easy to book, find and stay in! Our group was from ages 3-73 and everyone was happy!

Amazing space, thanks!

We stayed here (group of friends of 15 people). This is a really amazing space. Very long apartments, with high ceilings and perfect balconies. It is so close to the metro and not too close to touristy/noisy Las Ramblas making it a great retreat. The bedrooms are quite nice, as is the sitting area which makes a good place to hang out with friends. Very well appointed, too!

The place is perfect for a group. Close to las Ramblas and you have everything walking distance from the place. Restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, bars, clubs etc... Even the beach is 5 mins away by taxi or 15 mins walking. So basically I had a great stay and the apartment is well furnished with a very clean interior. Thank you for the great experience. Communication with the host also was great.

The apartments are massive and its location serves as a great starting point for exploring the city, with public transport nearby. A variety of restaurants and popular spots are within walking distance as well. Highly recommended for big groups

After 20hours of travel, arriving at the property makes us feel like home. So comfy and friendly host. She helped us with our big luggages. The area is fantastic it is in the middle of the city. We are a group of 16 people and it is difficult to fit all 16 in a house. If u are travelling in a big group i highly recommend this apartment

I hope to stay here again.

Six friends and I rented one flat for a week, and it was perfect for us. It is a bright and spacious place with all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is also excellent as it is close to the metro station liceu and also a short walk to La Rambla, Barceloneta, gotico, and many other great locations in Barcelona. There's also late-hour supermarkets close-by, and some really great tapas bars/restaurants in the neighbourhood. I would highly recommend this flat for anyone looking for a well-appointed, central location in the city. Philip, thank you so much! Next time I'm in Barcelona, I hope to stay here again.

we had a great stay

We had a great stay in Barcelona. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment has easy access to Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter and Metro. There were 9 of us and the house was large enough for everyone. It is very clean and beautiful.

Communication from the beginning was super. The apartment is located on a lovely and quiet street. 2 blocks away it is very lively with all sorts of eateries. The apartment is near the train stop and a short walk to Las Ramblas area. The host was wonderful and very helpful!!

perfect for big groups

The apartments are great for a big group - plenty of space, all the rooms are comfortable and large and 2 bathrooms per apartment. Courtyard is an added bonus, and a big kitchen if you want to eat in any night. Great location. Would highly recommend for big groups to stay there.
