Embrace the joy of the beach and discover "Beach Happy," a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront condo nestled in a secluded area of Seagrove Beach with deeded beach access. This spacious single-level condo, located on the 3rd floor of the gated community of Sugar Dunes, offers a tranquil beach experience with only 24 units in the community. Prepare to be captivated by the exceptional views of the Gulf of Mexico from the oversized balcony.

Step inside this beautifully decorated condo to find a generous living area, a dining table for six guests (with additional seating for four at the counter), and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample space to move around. The master suite features a king bed and a master bath with a large shower, dual vanities, and a soaking tub. The remaining bedrooms each offer a queen bed, with one of them also providing a twin bed, and both have private baths. Laundry is made easy with a full-size washer and dryer.

Sugar Dunes is conveniently located off Scenic Highway 30A. Enjoy the convenience of biking to your favorite spots throughout Seagrove and Seaside, or venture east to savor a burger at The Big Chill, or continue on to Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. Whether you choose to walk, bike, or drive, shopping and fine dining options are just minutes away.

Communications are difficult to read

This review isn't about the condo but the information provided by the management company. I understand the attempt to make the description sound fun and inviting but the overly whimsical and wordy language in the app and emails made it difficult to understand the actual details of the property. Instead of straightforward information about features, policies, or amenities, I had to sift through paragraphs of "cute" phrasing and flowery metaphors, which honestly just made the key points hard to find. When people are trying to get information, clarity should come first. I'd recommend simplifying the language to prioritize clear, direct communication. Both times I spoke to an actual person, they were great and helpful though.

Relaxing Getaway

We've stayed at various units in the Sugar Dunes complex over the years. They are all generally very good, and Beach Happy was no exception. We especially like the beachfront location and being able to walk directly onto the beach. Since the beach area in front of Sugar Dunes is "private," the beach is less crowded. Access to local restaurants (like The Perfect Pig and Cafe Thirty-A) is quick and easy. It's a great, relaxing getaway location.

Awesome condo with everything we needed and the view is breathtaking. Very clean and beautifully decorated. So easy to access the beach from our private porch. Our vacation was perfect! Thank you Beach Happy!

Loved it!

We love the out of the way location right on top of the beach. The decor is lovely and the view is priceless. My only suggestion is to include pillow cases with the extra pillows and to purchase some nonstick pots. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, but beware of beds

Like previous reviews mentioned, the beds are bad. We took a gamble assuming they were updated by now, but no. Great location, but there are better condos available in this complex that provide more!

"Beach Happy" For Sure!

Loved this place! Everything was provided as stated. So grateful for the chairs and umbrella included with the rental. We got one good day in of beach time because it was pretty chilly the rest of our stay. But, that did not keep us off the beach. Wish we had more time and hope we can make it back when it gets warmer.

Absolutely fabulous stay! Condo is well decorated, clean and had all the amenities we needed! And the ocean view is incredible, steps away from a perfect private beach! Loved every minute we were there. We will be back!

Very Nice unit but one real issue.

The unit was very nice with expansive views. Direct access to the beach was great and a great spot to see the sunset. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need as a vacationer with high end appliances. One day it did rain hard and there was a small leak above the sliding glass door. We called the management company and they sent out someone to take a look quickly. Fortunately the rain stopped shortly afterward. Overall, not really an issue for us. The reason why we didn't give the unit 5 stars is that the description and pictures showed a fireplace as an amenity. I selected this unit for our December trip thinking we would have a working fireplace. When we arrived, I opened the fireplace screen to see a sign that stated "Do not use". That was very disappointing and I would recommend that the owner/propterty manager remove the fireplace as an amenity and/or notify future renters that the fireplace is not available for use.

Beach Happy is Beach Perfection!

There is no substitute for being able to step right out of your door and onto the beach sand. Magnificent beach and Gulf views in any weather! We felt perfectly at home here. This spacious condo is the PERFECT location to get away from it all while being convenient to all there is to do along 30A!

Wonderful Stay!

The view was unbelievable! The unit is right on the beach. It's makes it easy to go inside to take a break from the beach or each lunch. The unit was very clean! Our only complaints are that some of the beds were a little uncomfortable, and you can't use sun protection tents on the beach. We will most likely book this place again next summer!!
