Excellent condo! Better than description and photos! Bright and sunny! Perfect for 2-4 people. Beach and Paradise Grill is so close right across the street! Pool is clean and so nice! Best part is there is towels, wagon, umbrellas and beach toys to use AND you always have a permit parking spot included and waiting for you! So many Coffee shops, ice cream and restaurants with in minutes walk. Coming back next year.

Great spot for a beach getaway—just a quick 1–2 minute walk to the beach. The apartment itself was clean, odor-free, and nice inside, though a bit dated. The hallway and stairwell leading up had a strong unpleasant smell. It felt a bit tight for two adults and two kids, but we knew this going in and we managed. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, though having more than just one dishcloth and dish towel would have been helpful since we stayed for 4 days. The apartment also came stocked with beach gear (beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, a cooler, and a wagon). The wagon was especially useful for hauling everything to the beach, though only two of the chairs were in usable condition. The cooler provided was covered in mould, so we didn’t use it, and most of the boogie boards were broken except for one.The main downside, which we sort of expected as some other reviews mentioned this- was the late-night noise from the bar/nightclub below the balcony—expect yelling, music, and car horns between midnight and 4 a.m., so earplugs are a good idea.Overall, it was a good stay, and the location and convenient access to the beach is definitely the highlight of this spot!

The studio apartment was very cute and recently updated. Very clean. It is so easy to get to the beach, which was just redone with brand new sand. New neighbors have moved in next-door to the apartment complex. They like to party.

I have zero control over the occasional guest that “likes to party” however there are noise ordinances in place at St Pete Beach and the police should have been called if it was an issue. This is not a reflection of the norm at our complex, it’s usually extremely quiet

Loved the location of this property! It was just as listed and had everything we needed. Loved the beach chairs and cooler that was provided! The pool wasn’t open since there was a recent hurricane so would’ve liked a discount on it for that, but it wasn’t the owner’s fault, other than that I highly recommend this place!

Everything about the property and location was just what we were looking for. We could walk to just about everywhere and the beach was a 1min walk. We look forward to heading back next year!

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Beach, restaurants, & bars all close and within walking distance. Transportation options in the area keep you from the expense of renting a vehicle. We will be back!

My best friend and I wanted to get away for a long weekend. We wanted a pool and the beach which this property had both! The bed was incredibly comfortable. We had such a great time, we ant to make this an annual trip!!!

Loved our Stay!

We loved our stay at this condo. The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. Jennifer was very responsive with any questions we had. I got engaged during this trip and we look forward to coming back and building new memories.

This house is extremely difficult to work with. The AC did not work for four days. She insisted that it didn’t matter because it was “cold” outside. I’m not sure why that really matters at the indoor temperature is hotter than the outdoor temperature. It is extremely muggy and disgusting until the AC was fixed. The under temperature was 76 for the four days and extremely muggy and gross. I was also unable to watch TV the whole time because there was no remote. There was a cable remote, but it didn’t work and it wouldn’t turn the TV on. The oven also didn’t work for three days and all the dishes were dirty! I do not recommend this place.

Great Location & Stay!

We stayed 6 nights at this location and are looking to book again next year! This condo was a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed a beach grill for breakfast most mornings. The space was a cute and bright layout with many windows and amenities nearby! The property manager was 10/10 to deal with and was a seamless booking. Thanks!

First time couple vacation

This room is perfect for a couples get away for a week. It has all the necessary amenities and more for the beach. It’s a small condo…. But it’s not made for you to stay in the whole time. They are doing some remodeling in the doorway/main floor. The only thing I could even say negative about the condo was the ceiling in the bathroom and the pillow cases had very noticeable slobber on them. But I loved my time here! Can’t wait to see the updating in the future. It’s a great spot.

I am a mother of 5 and always dreamed of owning a condo at the beach. I love hosting our beautiful little place and sharing the spectacular beach with guests.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I absolutely love St Pete Beach and this area is a quiet, safe little neighborhood with tons of restaurants, shops and ice cream places, all totally walkable. Every Sunday there is a big farmers market with lots of food and local art. The pool is heated year round and the property is very well maintained, no pets or smoking anywhere on the premises.

Please remember less than a year ago our paradise was devastated with 2 historic storms which affected this area tremendously even though we are on the second floor, specifically anything on the first floor ie: entrances & hallways. We have bounced back rather quickly and 95% of places, attractions and restaurants are back up but there still are some unfortunate circumstances and areas under construction so if that is something that could effect your experience in anyway please reconsider. Otherwise come relax enjoy the beautiful beach, weather and experience this paradise for yourself.
