Beautiful Mountain Getaway in Breckenridge, CO

Barton Gulch Cabin is a family owned and operated Vacation Rental Home located in Breckenridge Colorado.

We provide a cozy mountain home located on Peak 7 sure to please family and friends. You'll enjoy cooking meals in our fully stocked modern kitchen with updated appliances. Our home sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms. The property is next to Barton Gulch with natural creeks and beaver ponds, and tons of wildlife! We are located 1.5 miles North of Downtown Breckenridge and the gondola parking lot up to the ski resort. The free shuttle to downtown is 1/2 mile down the road.

Our home is a great resting spot after skiing at the resort, mountain biking on the Ten Peak Range or participating in any of the great outdoor activities Breckenridge and Summit County have to offer.

4-Wheel Drive or AWD is needed in the winter months, due to driveway entrance grade and winter weather conditions including snow and ice.

Amazing stay!

My friends and I loved this cabin! It had everything we needed for our 4 day stay, super clean, all the amenities you need, the location to breck was amazing and the host was very responsive and helpful. I definitely want to stay here again!

Breckenridge Get Away

Spacious, clean cabin close to town and mountain activities. Nice views of forest and a delightful stream. Our family had a great time staying here and using it as a home base!

March 2025 stay

We enjoyed our stay at the property and definitely recommend staying at this property! The house was very specious and clean, and close to the free airport parking and the Breckenridge resort shuttle. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with, check in/out process very smooth.

Great Property

We spent the week there with another family and it is set up great for a large group. Multiple kitchens and multiple washer/dryers, plenty of space and beds.

Close proximity to to mountains and downtown.

Overall, we had a nice stay at the property. Plenty of room and had all of the amenities needed, even poker chips. We will plan on booking this property next year.

Family Ski trip

Very pleased with this rental. It worked out perfect for our group. Close to the slopes and it was nice having two separate areas to hang out.

Breckenridge Golf Trip

The home was conveniently located to the ski slopes. We appreciated the two story set up which had ample room for our family. It gave us plenty of room to spread out. Having two kitchens and 3 bathrooms was awesome. IWe highly recommend this property.

Great location, wonderful space!

The five of us (3 adults, 2 kids) had such a great time here! The location was perfect. We were super close to town, and not a long drive to the Silverthorne and Frisco area either. The kids got to go sledding right outside the house which was very convenient! Place was clean and had two living areas, including two kitchens and two sets of laundry machines. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great place to stay for families.

My family and friends recently stayed at this property and had a great experience overall. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby ski resorts and transportation. Great house!

Plenty of space for everyone to have their own bedroom. Easy to get to. Didn’t try the bus but it was easy to park at the gondola lot. Quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely perfect!

Allie's place was terrific! The location was great. Only about a mile from the airport lot, where we parked each day to ski. The buses ran like clockwork and we were on the slopes in no time. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our week long stay. Allie was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. Again...it was a perfect trip! Thanks Allie

Awesome place!

What a great place to stay. Not down town or in the mist of the crazy ness. I will def love to stay here again. Host was great to contact and always had phone on. I go to breck a few times a year and this was a great place for our situation. Looking forward to booking in future! Princess were extremely fair! Thank you for your help and letting us stay.

Excellent property

Beautiful, clean and well-stocked!! Incredibly thoughtful owners provided little touches (tissues, lotion, hand sanitizer, games). Nice layout of the space worked very well for my family to spend a weekend in the mountains playing games and hiking. Plenty of beds. Excellent communication with owner. We'll be back in the future.

Great location and beautiful home

What a great home! We were two families, with 4 teenage kids. The home had all the essentials, and then some! Plenty of kitchen essentials and cookware, staples and pantry items, bath and linens, everything you need to be comfortable! Allie was a wonderful host and promptly responded to all my questions. The kids loved having their own game room space and plenty of sleeping options. Us adults loved the peaceful setting- we spent our mornings enjoying the wooded area behind and the creek. Updated and modern, we absolutely loved staying here. The property is very well located, about 10 minutes drive from the heart of the city. Would come back to stay any time!! Thank you Allie for a very memorable vacation!
