For a family with children or a small group of friends, this casual condominium provides an economical way to enjoy all that one of South Padre Island condo rentals have to offer. Imagine being able to walk through the grounds to the beach or to a fun family day at the waterpark. Enjoy the great pool and hot tub area that Gulfview II offers or hop on the Island Metro, South Padre Island's free bus transportation, to go anywhere you want on the island!

This condo is furnished with a casual beach theme and features a fully-equipped kitchen (except for dishwasher) for cooking in, but there are also picnic tables and BBQ grills poolside if you prefer to enjoy your meal al fresco. If, however, you wish to dine out every night, you are only minutes away from the entertainment and dining venues that South Padre Island offers. With the added convenience of on-site laundry facilities, a poolside clubhouse, and parking right outside the building, this is the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island getaway!

Christmas Break

We spent a week over Christmas break. We loved this location and will definitely stay again. The view of the Bay was great, the beach close enough to walk, and the condo was clean and comfortable.

Excellent stay!

Stayed for about a week with my 8-year old child. We had a blast! The condo had a view to the water park and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the people there. The beach was a 5 minute walk away - the perfect distance for small children to walk. The beach was great. White sand and super clear water. You can bring your own umbrella and chairs or you can rent at the beach for about $35and up for the day. The property has a community pool and grills. We didn’t use the grills but I regretted it when I smelled the wonderful food other families were enjoying. The pool was big but not deep. It’s more of a chill and relax pool and that’s just what we did. I was a bit worried getting all our stuff from the car to the 5th floor but the condo had carts we could utilize as well as an elevator. The condo itself had all we wanted. I did bring some board games to enjoy with my child as this was not offered. So if you want to spend some evenings playing cards or board games make sure to bring some or get them for cheap at the Walmart or H‑E‑B that’s on the mainland. One of my concerns traveling as a single mother with a young child is safety. The front door had 3 locks and also a keypad to get into the condo. I felt safe both in the apartment complex as well as the area itself and will absolutely come here again. There were several families vacationing and all of the people we encountered were welcoming and friendly. We can’t wait to come back!

Family Vacation

The condo was simple but nice, other than needing a good dusting, it was clean. All basic items provided except seasoning. Pool, hot tube and clubhouse was a huge plus! Overall, we had great time with no problems.
