Newly renovated pet friendly private suite, Bath and Kitchenette with separate entrance, private from main house. Suite has queen bed and dining for two. Bath has wood cabinets, granite, large shower, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, and cook top. Private yard and patio.
The property is minutes from Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach.
Above ground pool w/ deck, kayak, canoe, and hammock. Guest will need a way to transport to the water. Minimum 90 stay.

Clean place and great experience!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a short beach trip and it was the perfect place! The place was very clean, towels provided along with dishes and silverware. Located about 10-15 minutes from the public beach, also in a very quiet neighborhood. Overall a great place to stay for a quick beach trip and very clean and comfortable! Great stay!

Great Stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed 4 night and it was perfect for my son, our pup, and I! The host were very kind and accommodating! Check in process is so easy. We had a private part of the yard that was perfect for playtime and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and they provided everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here as we were house hunting and it was perfect for the meantime. Everything we needed was provided. The property was nice, clean and comfortable. The owners are such nice people and we will definitely be recommending this property to our friends and family that will be visiting in the future.

Clean and quiet

Perfect place for 1-2 people. Clean and quiet space. I didn’t do any cooking but there were utensils provided. The hosts graciously lent me a bike, but the area is better suited to car travel.

More Like A Shared Space

This unit was very cute and tidy; however, it is a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom portion houses a refrigerator and a few small kitchen appliances along with a small table & 2 wooden chairs. It is not really a studio as it has no place to sit for relaxing other than the bed or a wooden chair. We departed two days early from being too uncomfortable. All kitchenware must be washed in the bathroom sink and no kitchen towels provided. The dish drainer is located under the vanity in the bathroom.

Great little place close to everything!

Glenn and Deanna have created a comfortable little space tucked away in a nice neighborhood. The space is tastful and clean. If you dont require a lot if room, book it now! From their place we visited downtown pensacola a few times. (Strongly recommend Seville Quarter for at least one night out! Jaco's for casual bay front food/drinks) Easy drive to pensacola beach. (You should skip the touristy part. Drive 10 minutes down 399, literally pull over on the side of the road, grab your stuff out of the car, and walk a few hundred ft to a beautiful, uncrowded beach) Pull out of their neighborhood to the left and drive 40 minutes to Destin for one of the prettiest beaches you'll see in Florida! (Henderson State Park was great!) From their place we easily explored from Fort Pickens to Downtown Pensacola to Miramar Beach. For us, the perfect location. The Crumptons were communicative and very helpful. Even mailing a drawful of clothes back to us that we left behind! :) All in all a great stay!

“Host thought of everything”

Nice quiet, private property. Perfect for my husband, our fur baby and I. Exactly fits it’s description online. The hosts have thought of every detail. Really nice to have a private space for our dog.

Perfect little studio!

This was the perfect little unit for my girlfriend, myself, and our 2 dogs. The private yard is perfect for having your pets with you! Had everything we needed for a short vacation. Fair warning, the mattress is definitely firm. We loved our stay and will be back in the future!

COZY BUT CRAMPED

Nice but some issues. No railing on entrance; fell down no exhaust fan in bathroom, smoke alarm too close to toaster oven; set off every time, had to wash dishes in bathroom. Very pet friendly; great for our dog. Owners on premises made me feel uncomfortable.

We would stay here again. All was as described. It gave us a cool and relaxing and private respite. The grocer was very close. Access to the beaches was easy.

3 nights in Gulf Breeze

Lovely accommodations by the host. Private and comfortable. Very convenient to Navarre, Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. The only improvement I would suggest is when the ice maker would drop ice, it was a bit loud, especially at night when we were sleeping. But we were glad to have the ice for our cooler. A great place - we enjoyed it! Thank you!

Great, quiet place to stay in neighborhood away from beach wildness.

The cottage was well equipped and as described in listing. Our small pup was welcome and comfortable, having her own fenced yard and disposal station for poop. I liked that the property was well maintained, and that it was in a nice quiet neighborhood, making it a nice retreat from the busy beaches, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again in the future.

You can bring you pet and enjoy the beach. It is self Check-in, therefore you do not have to interact. We do our own cleaning to insure unit is disinfected.
Pool is only shared with the owner. We do not use the pool if being used by the guest.
Bikes, Kayak, Canoe, Hammock and Ring Toss is available for the guest.
