Absolutely great property in a gated community, the entire neighborhood was quiet,quick walk to the beach via private bridge, the kitchen had everything you needed for your stay and check in process was super easy! I would definitely stay here again!

Great time at the beach

The only issue we had was with the weather, but we still had a great time. Family and friends for Thanksgiving. We cast a couple of lines into the pond and caught two small fish and a turtle (all catch and release). A gated community a little further out from the noise and bustle, suited our needs just fine. Cobb even helped us to rent a golf cart, which also worked out just great. We will be back in the future.

Right on a canal for some leisure fishing or just sitting on the deck and enjoying the ocean sounds. We'd definitely come back!

We planned a last minute trip and Cobb's was great at finding this perfect house for us. Everything was furnished nicely, very clean and we had plenty of room for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the kids LOVED having their own bunk room. I would recommend purchasing the linen package, one less thing to have to worry about packing for the trip and the sheets and towels were plentiful and of good quality. The location is perfect within the gated community. We felt very safe and secure and the crossover to the beach was a breeze with our golf cart. The kids even caught some fish in the "pond" by the house! We've been going to Crystal Beach for over 30 years and this is the best house we've ever rented. We highly recommend staying here and we will DEFINITELY be booking again.

Great spot for the Holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking to spend a relaxing week on the beach, and we achieved that goal. This was our first time renting in the Biscayne area, but it definitely won’t be the last. For a holiday weekend, that section of beach was pretty chill (not too crowded or rowdy). The house is in a great location with some good views. Something that changed from the last time we rented with Cobb was the linens. I was not expecting them to be bundled up and laying on the bed. You have to start your vacation dismantling and making up the beds. Also note that every owner stocks their houses differently. This one does not supply any soaps or trash bags (no big deal), so make sure you take 3-4 hand soaps and as many trash bags as you normally use in a weeks time. All of the furnishings and amenities are great , and the cargo lift makes packing in and out super easy. We will keep this house on our short list of properties to stay at again.

The rental needs more kitchen tools and accomodations for guest: toilet paper, garbage bags and spices to name a few. Be prepared to bring everything.
