Experience the ultimate family getaway at Kings Beach Dream House. Cater for your extended family with a beautiful 3 Storey home located right in the heart of Iconic Kings Beach Caloundra. With room for up to 16 guests, everyone will be comfortably accommodated.

Gasp at the panoramic ocean views, cook up a storm in your very own chef inspired kitchen, challenge each other to a game of table tennis, splash in the sparkling pool or explore the stunning coastal pathways.

Walk just metres to the best cafes, restaurants, and bars that Kings Beach has to offer. The perfect family beach day is an easy walk away along the newly constructed coastal boardwalk. Fill the beach cart with the provided beach essentials such as gazebo, boogie boards, beach towels, snorkels, flippers and toys. Head to the Surf Club or Tavern for breakfast, lunch or dinner and cool off in the iconic Kings Beach Ocean Pool or explore the rockpools.

Rinse off under the outdoor shower and jump into your very own refreshing pool. Grab supplies from the nearby Convenience Store or take a short trip into Caloundra to do a full grocery shop or attend the many markets. If you prefer dining out, there are plenty of options including fish and chips, pizza, Thai, Japanese, or the Surf Club with their famous ocean views.

While the kids keep themselves entertained, unwind with your favourite beverage overlooking the ocean. Watch the migrating whales swim by or wave to the magnificent cruise ships. Retreat to one of six stylishly furnished bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Please note, the downstairs rumpus room bunk beds are most suited to children / teens.

Dream about tomorrow's adventures, whether it's strolling along the coastal pathway, breakfast and a swim at Kings Beach, discovering the Sunshine Coast's hidden gems, or visiting nearby world class attractions such as Australia Zoo, Aussie World, or the famous Glasshouse Mountains.

We understand that your furry friend is part of the family too. Your dog will love the nearby dog-friendly cafes, off-leash beach, just a 5-minute walk away.

We are strictly a no party or events house. Non extended family based groups, must contact us prior to booking. Please also read house rules and rental agreement prior to booking.

Please note: For security and insurance purposes the house has external motion sensored security cameras covering all entry points. To ensure guest privacy, cameras are only checked in the instance of any security breaches or reported issues.
