Welcome to a relaxing getaway where comfort meets nature. This spacious home offers everything you need for a memorable stay, from a private patio with outdoor seating to access to a shared pool and a stunning cenote nearby.
Living and Dining:
Step into a bright and airy living space, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The open-concept design connects the living area to the dining space, making it easy to gather with friends and family. A smart TV is available for entertainment.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, and more. Whether you're cooking a full meal or just making coffee, this space has you covered.
Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (2nd floor): Double bed, en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2 (2nd floor): Two single beds, en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 3 (2nd floor): Two single beds, en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 4 (1st floor): Two single beds, en-suite bathroom
(The beds are configured as single beds but can be either joined together or kept separate, according to the guest's preference.)
Outdoor Space:

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay. We strongly recommend that you rent a car, transportation in the area is limited.
The Neighborhood:
Set in a quiet and peaceful residential area, this home is close to beautiful natural attractions. The property offers access to a cenote where guests can swim, and the shared pool is a great place to relax. Just a short drive away, you'll find stunning beaches, vibrant local markets, and delicious dining options. Whether you want to explore nature or enjoy the town’s charm, this location offers the best of both worlds.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Cancún International Airport (CUN), about 40 miles away. Drive time varies based on traffic, usually taking around 45 minutes to 1 hour. A designated parking spot is available, and free street parking is also an option. We strongly recommend renting a car when, since public transportation is limited in the area.
Other Things to Note:
We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out.
The cost of electricity is included in the nightly rate of up to 50 KW per day. If you go over the daily allotment, consumption is charged at 3.50 pesos per KW. For long-term stays, electricity is not included. You just pay for your electricity used.
Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $90 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $90; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($180 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $90 will be charged.
There’s an extra charge for additional guests/visitors over the capacity of the property.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.
Lastly, long-term stays are available.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.

It's a self-check-in property with a code. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but if you have any questions, we’re available 7 days a week! Just send us a message.
