Beautifully updated with porcelain tile and wood flooring throughout. The comfortable furnishings and fully stocked kitchen will be sure to please. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed with direct access to the terrace with views! The Guest Bedroom offers a queen-sized bed.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious balcony with a wonderful view of the Gulf waters and IRB Beach. Once you are ready to head to the beach for the day, you can stop at the over-sized storage room dedicated to this unit and grab your beach gear. The beach is only a few hundred steps away!

View of Beach from both rooms off of back balcony and house. Less Than 1 minute walk to the beach. Can see the Balcony from Beach when at the beach. Great Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Beach supplies in storage room made the visit even easier when going to the beach.

The condo is extremely clean and well maintained. They have all the beach equipment you could ask for in the storage building. This made Beach days so much fun and we didn't have to really worry about bringing anything at all. We look forward to staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was even better than described. The beach-themed décor was beautifully done and really gave the condo that relaxing coastal vacation feel.The location was fantastic—just steps from the beach—and the entire experience felt more like staying at a beach resort than a rental. Having parking included was a huge bonus, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The owner was exceptional—very responsive, informative, and proactive throughout the entire process. We especially appreciated the detailed instructions and local information provided. Check-in/out completely stress-free.If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-equipped beach getaway in Indian Rocks Beach, this is it. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The unit itself was very clean, beautiful decor, comfortable beds. I would stay here again if it wasn’t for the air fresheners. This is roughly a 900 square-foot unit, and there was a plug-in air freshener in every room, including hallway, kitchen, dining, living room, bedrooms, closets. There were eight in total, definitely overkill. I’m thinking maybe they haven’t got the memo that plug-in air fresheners, and air fresheners in general are highly toxic. If we were individuals who had asthma or breathing problems, there would’ve been no way we could have stayed in the unit. We unplugged them and set them outside for our stay, but everything in the home was saturated with the smell. Now that I am back at my own home, I have washed all of our clothing more than once, and everything still smells like their air fresheners. Aside from that, it was a great place.
