Luxury 8750 sqft Villa, Spectacular views, Premier Location to Beach and Town

Villa Santa Fe is located in a private, gated, and secure community of 5 properties. The Villa has 5 bedrooms with king size beds, all have en suites, three with jacuzzi tubs and one with a steam room. Villa Santa Fe has a large, heated infinity pool with a waterfall, and 4 interior waterfalls. There are two bars, a gourmet kitchen, a large bbq area with stainless steel bbq and rotisserie, wireless internet, 5 smart TVs, 4 balconies off of the bedrooms, and a water purification system. The Villa has spectacular views of the town, beach, jungle and the bay. We are in a prime location directly above the Blue Chairs and Mantamar resorts and los Muertos beach (the most famous and popular beach in Puerto Vallarta). It’s a 10 minute walk (or 2 minutes by cab/uber) to the beach and historical area, where you will find shopping, restaurants, the Malecon, and all tourist activities. Our rates include a full-service maid 6 days per week, a gardener/poolman and a concierge service. Chef service is available and would includes any two meals per day i.e.; breakfast and dinner or lunch and dinner, food and beverage costs are not included in the chef services, actual cost receipts for all purchases will be provided. Safes are located in every bedroom for guests’ money and valuables. Our concierge will contact you a few weeks prior to your arrival and send you a pre arrival list of available activities and general Puerto Vallarta information. The concierge will ask for your arrival times, names of guests, airline info and airport pickup if requested, and any other information pertinent to your stay.
We are new owners of Villa Sata Fe; we fell in love with the Villa after our initial visit and purchased it from the original owners. We hope to continue the exceptional service and hospitality that Villa Santa Fe is known for. Please review all photos and reviews for more information. Don’t forget to enjoy the nightly fireworks on the water.

Great place for big family.

Food was amazing. Tina is an amazing chef as well as morning chef. Staff was also amazing. It’s like they were hiding. You would have breakfast and return to the room and they were done. We would return.

Amazing Hospitality, Location & Home

What an amazing house - so much thought was put into the design, the atrium in the entrance was perfect, the brickwork was absolutely unbelievable. We loved the layout, we all had our own spaces… yet felt like we were still together as a family. The staff were great, friendly and attentive. The meals were amazing, especially when chef Tina made us steak arrachera! It was honestly tough deciding whether we wanted meals cooked for us at the house, or walk down to enjoy the endless selection of restaurants in town!As the location it was awesome— we walked to the beach every day, only takes about 7 minutes… going down to the beach was a breeze, coming up the stairs and the driveway at the end of the day was a workout — but hey, it just helped to burn off the cervesas! At certain times of the day there was some traffic noise, but being right in town it wasn’t unexpected. We had an amazing time and hope to return!

Beautiful and great staff

For sure our review would be 5 stars if not for the traffic noise. Great villa, staff, meals, and location. The views are amazing and the villa was spacious and beautifully furnished with beautiful art pieces. Close to town, restaurants and galleries.

Fantastic

We could not of stayed at a more beautiful place. Our chef Tina cooked amazing meals and owner Richard was always there to make sure we had everything we need. I highly recommend this property to anyone.
