Welcome to Casa de Nina, a sun-soaked sanctuary tucked into a peaceful cul-de-sac in North Indio. This stylish 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat blends refined comfort with playful amenities, featuring a private saltwater pool and raised spa, a fully equipped game / living area, and beautifully designed indoor-outdoor spaces ideal for long-term stays. Whether you’re planning a seasonal escape, remote work base, or simply craving a change of scenery, Casa de Nina offers an elevated lifestyle just minutes from everything the Coachella Valley is known for.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.
For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.
The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.
Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.
*Work vehicles are not permitted to be parked inside the community.

The open-concept main living area features a large sectional, smart TV, and direct access to the backyard — perfect for relaxed evenings or casual entertaining. A formal dining area welcomes shared meals, while the cozy breakfast nook is made for slow mornings and coffee refills.
The kitchen is warm and welcoming, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, generous cabinetry, and a large island that makes both cooking and hosting a breeze.
The home features three comfortable bedrooms, plus a fully enclosed den with a queen bed, offering extra sleeping space. While the den doesn’t have a closet and isn’t counted as an official bedroom, it provides full privacy. Thoughtfully arranged to accommodate families, couples, or long-term guests, the home includes a spacious primary suite with a king bed, smart TV, and a beautifully designed en-suite bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
Two additional guest rooms provide flexible sleeping options — one with a double bed and a twin trundle, and another with two twin beds, each with its own twin trundle — ideal for kids or larger groups.

Outdoors, a private saltwater pool and raised spa take center stage, framed by swaying palms, mountain views, and desert landscaping. The covered patio includes a BBQ grill, shaded dining space, and multiple seating areas — perfect for sunset meals, sun-soaked afternoons, or quiet evenings under the stars.
Guest Access:
Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.
To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code/Keys and its location.

Casa de Nina is located in a quiet, HOA-managed residential enclave in North Indio, offering a private and peaceful setting while keeping you close to the region’s best attractions. Just minutes away are the Empire Polo Grounds (home of Coachella and Stagecoach), the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, renowned golf courses, and a wide variety of shopping and dining. With easy access to Hwy 111 and I-10, you're perfectly positioned to explore the Coachella Valley with ease.
Getting Around:
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.
Other Things to Note:
We are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text.
We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.
Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
