Other Things to Note
Guest Verification & Security Deposit

As there is no front desk or on-site staff, guests are required to complete a pre check-in form after booking confirmation. This helps us care for the home and keep everything running smoothly.

This includes:

Photo ID verification before arrival

A $300 refundable damage deposit, returned within three days of checkout provided the home is left in good condition

Pet-Friendly (By Request)

Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please message us before booking.

$130 pet fee per pet, per stay

Pets must be house-trained

Pets are to be kept off furniture unless covered

Pets should not be left alone for extended periods

Guests must clean up after pets inside and outside, including the front and back yard

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in from 3:00 PM

Check-out by 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request. Please message us ahead of time to arrange.

Cleaning Expectations

Professional cleaning is provided before every stay. Guests are kindly asked to:

Dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided

Wash any used dishes

Avoid leaving stains, excessive dirt, or clutter

Additional cleaning or rubbish removal may incur a fee.
