Pool:
As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure safety and improve the property,
the AOAO Maintenance Department and a contractor will perform our
annual preventive maintenance, cleaning, and repairs on our 6th
floor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and pool deck areas. The facilities will close starting
on Sunday, November 8, at 9:00 p.m., and upon completion, we will

-The 6th-floor pool, jacuzzi, and deck may be closed for maintenance or repairs.
-There may be times when the water is shut off for construction. Notices will be posted (for example, in the elevator); please be sure to check them.
-NO Pets: No surprise furry friends! An undisclosed pet will result in a $ $1000.
-No smoking anywhere in the building or on the balcony.
- We are a vacation rental, not a hotel. While we do not provide daily cleaning services,
- Please review our house rules, check-in and check-out times below, and plan accordingly.
- We provide small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. No cleaning supplies are provided.
- If you have a service dog, please let me know in advance. We will prepare a special cleaning for the next guest.

Gym:
$10,, guests must pay in cash at the front desk to use the gym. This is a one-time payment that covers gym access for the entire duration of their stay. Upon check-in, the front desk will provide guests with a yellow fob, which grants access to the building and all amenities, including the pool.

Room:
- To conserve energy, please turn off all lights and the air conditioner when leaving your unit.
- Please keep all areas clean to help control pests in the building.
- Please keep the kitchen area clear of food and dirty dishes. Housekeepers are not responsible for cleaning the kitchen, so please help us by keeping the kitchen area clean.
- Please do not move any furniture in your unit. We have experienced extensive carpet damage due to furniture rearrangement.
- To prevent the mailbox from being used for illegal purposes, you may not receive any mail.

Penalty
- Damage to the room, Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment: We will charge the cost of repairs and/or replacement.
- Damage to or soiling of the floor: $150
- Clogged drain: $150
- Lost room keys: $200
- Smoking: $2,000
- No parties: $2,000
- Unregistered guests: $300 per person
