Pointes North Inn es una de las suites de condominios exclusivos de Charlevoix que se reserva como una habitación de hotel. Libro de la vida privada del condominio, la estancia por la hospitalidad.

Este hermoso y espacioso condominio cuenta con dos camas extra grandes con un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. También tiene piso de madera dura en la sala principal y sala de estar y la alfombra en los dormitorios.

Hay una hermosa cocina con una isla que tiene capacidad para 3 personas. Hay una pequeña cocina con una estufa, horno convencional, microondas, lavavajillas y nevera.

televisión por cable se encuentra en la sala de estar y dormitorios.

Junto a la sala de estar es una mesa de comedor de cuatro sentado que mira hacia fuera en el balcón.

Pointes North Inn tiene alta velocidad Wi-Fi en todo el edificio y servicio de lavandería que funciona con monedas en el segundo piso. En la zona del vestíbulo, hay asientos para el desayuno continental, que da a la piscina interior / exterior climatizada. La sección interior de la piscina está abierta durante todo el año, mientras que la sección exterior está cerrada octubre a mayo.

Very nice rental

I was disappointed when I saw the old building. I expected to have “old house” problems. But you met all of our needs and the condo was very clean, everything we needed. I have Parkinson’s Disease and was quite comfortable on the main floor.

We asked if we could check in early and was told the room was not ready. I asked if there was any place to hold my daughters wedding dress so it was not sitting in my car getting wrinkled, was told no. We waited in the lobby until 4pm and rooms were still not ready. We were told "many guest checked out late" so rooms were not ready. We waited until 4:30pm and had to leave for rehearsal. We had 4 rooms rented and none were ready at 4:30pm. Lady at the front desk was rude and didn't give 1 care that our rooms were not ready.

Great stay by the lake!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This stay was amazing and such a fun time with the family. I had looked forward to this stay for a while and it exceeded expectations. I will definitely recommend this place to friends. Everything was so close that we wanted to do and see and the stay was so comfortable. We really enjoyed the board games, the fully stocked spice rack, the patio and the office space in the first bedroom as well as the hot tub upstairs. The only thing is that the first floor restroom shower tub was very slippery and having some anti-slip stickers or a mat would be super helpful. Otherwise, the space and amenities were awesome! I was confused about check-in because it seemed like it was contactless according to the email but then when I finally found someone up front they asked if I had checked in. I never found a packet in the white mailbox because it was empty. After that was solved all was wonderful. We really enjoyed ourselves and I can't wait to go back! Great value!

We had a great stay! The location could not be better being walking distance to downtown. The condo was the perfect amount of space, was kept very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We would definitely book again.

Terrible nights sleep

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed was terrible,we woke up multiple times a night. The couch was just as bad. They are very thin and rock hard. The bedroom kept over heating so we had to sleep with the door open and fan on us. Awesome location but not worth getting minimal sleep.

Vacation weekend April 5-7

The only complaint alarm clock in room went off at 4:30 am the first night so I unplugged it and it went off again at 4:30 the next night good batteries. My fault should have taken them out also. Someone must have cooked fish on Saturday night. The hallway and homes stunk like fish.

Our favorite spot but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying here for the past six years. We come up in both the winter and the summer. We are disappointed to say that management has taken a turn for the worse while rates continue to increase each year. This past winter visit there was hardly anyone at the front desk. The pool and lobby closed at 5pm each day (the pool is a big attraction for our kids, especially in the winter). The pool was also cold this year and there were hardly any clean towels at the pool. One day of the visit, they actually closed the pool well before 5pm. Hopefully improvements can be made so we don’t have to look for a new place to rent.

Great weekend getaway

Reviewer Comments: Was impressed that not only did I receive an email with directions for our upcoming stay but a phone call on our arrival day to to ask we needed any further information. Easy to find and conveniently located. Walked to restaurants nearby and under 10 minutes drive to the wedding we attended at Castle Farms. Rental had great amenities, like the pot/single cup Keurig, we even played a couple rounds of Connect 4. The only downside we experienced was the king mattress in the main floor bedroom. We may be partial to our own, but I think a replacement is needed. Would definitely stay her again if in the area.
