Pointes North Inn es una de las suites de condominios exclusivos de Charlevoix que se reserva como una habitación de hotel. Libro de la vida privada del condominio, la estancia por la hospitalidad.

Este condominio de 2 dormitorios con dos camas extra grandes con una cama de matrimonio. Casi se puede sentir la brisa fresca del lago cuando se introduce éste de una suite tipo.

La encimera de granito isla presenta una cubierta de vidrio y cocina completa en la cocina, cerca de la mesa con asientos para tres. Hay un lavavajillas, horno microondas, nevera y todos los cuales tienen una hermosa fachada de espuma de mar.

Una lavadora y secadora se encuentran en el dormitorio loft junto con la cabina de ducha separada y el granito contrarrestados tocador.

televisión por cable se encuentra en la sala de estar y dormitorio.

El sofá-cama de matrimonio se encuentra en la sala de estar, junto con una silla separada. Fuera de la sala de estar es el patio abierto con salida al exterior con capacidad para tres.

Pointes North Inn tiene alta velocidad Wi-Fi en todo el edificio y servicio de lavandería que funciona con monedas en el segundo piso. Una sala de fitness se encuentra en el nivel más bajo del edificio completo con máquina de pesas, elíptica, caminadora y bicicleta estacionaria. En la zona del vestíbulo, hay asientos para el desayuno continental, que da a la piscina interior / exterior. La sección interior de la piscina está abierta durante todo el año, mientras que la sección exterior está cerrada octubre a mayo.

Todo esto, a un tiro de piedra del centro de la hermosa Charlevoix.

Went up for a weekend color tour and stayed in this charming rental. Very clean and right downtown close to the marina and all the shopping in Charlevoix. Comfortable beds and well appointed. Perfect for a weekend get-a-way!

Location was wonderful, beds were very comfortable. My only complaint would be that the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The couch was hard like a piece of ply wood and we couldn’t sit on it for very long before having to get up and move around. This place would be perfect if it had some comfy overstuffed furniture to relax on after being out and about all day.

Great location near the channel and right in town so we can walk everywhere. We thought w head some A/C issues but didn’t realize the controls were in the loft not the main floor. When the staff was notified, they were on it and kept us updated until they figured out the problem. Could not have asked for a better response. Highly recommend!

The best thing however, was the staff. They are all so friendly and very helpful and it just made our trip that much better! Would definitely recommend a stay.

Don’t bother buying insurance

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented a room and paid for insurance. I tried to get reimbursed because I could not use the room due to weather. The insurance company outright refused to reimburse me. It’s unfortunate, because I love the hotel. But I will no longer be able to stay here.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was a good experience.King size Bed and pillows was very comfortable. Rooms were nicely decorated. Livingroom for the two of us was very accommodating. On the downside. Bathroom tub was very slippery and there were no hand rails to hold on to. At one point I had to grab onto the curtain rod to keep from loosing my footing. Toilet needs upgrade as it’s small and lower to the floor than newer hotel installations I’ve experienced in most locations.Microwave was dirty and has to be wiped out before we could use it.Coffee maker has no complimentary coffee filters, which we found unusual.No salt or pepper shakers either. Outside deck was dirty & a filthy cleaning rag was left on one of the chairs. Wooden railing on three sides was top piece was missing and nails pointed ends were sticking out?! I couldn’t think about using the outdoor pool as the railing to hold onto going down the steps had been removed and was leaning against a wall outside the pool. Carpet in our area either needs to be replaced or a major cleaning done. I also found it unusual that the listed washer & dryer were not in the first floor but housed in the second bedroom upstairs loft area with many steps to navigate. We loved the location. We won’t be back until such time I see a listing on many improvements. Footnote in my career I’ve stayed at over 1100 Marriott properties and we belong to Marriott Vacation Club and my wife & I stay at resort villas annually. Hopefully, this property has a good makeover as we’ll be coming back once or twice a year to Charlevoix\ Petosky\ Harbor Springs area but as it is now, we wouldn’t come back to stay at this property again.

The staff is phenomenal, and made extra effort to ensure we had a good time. We did encounter a strong marijuana smell when going on our porch one evening, which was disappointing and obviously not Pointes North's fault. It occurred after the lobby was shut down for the evening.

Wonderful location and staff

The location could not be more ideal. You’re within walking distance to anything you could want downtown. The condo was set up perfectly for two couples. There’s a nice little living space and a great deck to enjoy the views of Charlevoix. The best part of the facility was the manager at the front desk who was so friendly and helpful!
