Family Retreat Property

Our home is set up for camps, therefore; each suite has its own bathroom. The property is 15 acres that includes a fenced in pool, playground, tetherball, horseshoes, gaga ball pit, fishing pond, fire pit and game room with air hockey and pool table, The home has a full kitchen completely stocked with pots, pans and other cooking utensils, outdoor propane grill, bedding and bathroom towels. We do have strict policies on NO SMOKING, ALCOHOL, FIREARMS, FIREWORKS or OFF ROAD VEHICLES.

We live on property and have 3 Rotties that are on an underground fence. You must have your dog on a leash at all times when outside.

Nice family gathering place. Three family suites were good. Good space for gathering inside and outside. Location was good. Kitchen didn’t have drinking glasses or cereal bowls. Plastic wrap and tin foil would be nice and an ice cream scoop. Some of my party was put off by the security cameras inside the house. Overall a very good experience. I would rent this property again.

We stayed in this beautiful house for the holiday weekend with a few family members. We all had a great time. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of our time outside enjoying the pool and patio area. We highly recommend this amazing place. There is so much space to sleep, games room, plenty of restrooms. It is an ideal getaway.

Fantastic Experience

I am the Olton FFA Advisor. I brought my chapter to Fort Worth for the State Convention. This VRBO has been the best one in all my 7 years of going to State. The community was so welcoming. The facilities were top notch. We made the decision to stay there the next two years since State will be held in Fort Worth. There was plenty of room for my large group and plenty for teenagers to do. I also loved that our hosts let my kids pop fireworks with them. So fun!!!

Great location off the major roadway. View of the pond is exceptional. Beautiful scenery. Plenty of sleeping capacity. Even had a pac n play for a little ones nap. Beautiful pool and playground. Geese and cranes to watch.

Fantastic!

It was a great place for 12 of us to stay for our annual men’s golf trip. It was spacious and had plenty of room for us to hang out together. Julie was very responsive and always accessible when I had questions. Bless her and her family by staying here if you’re in the area!

A Blessing

We celebrated the 16th bday of our son. We stayed the entire weekend with his closest friends. They created memories that will last a lifetime. The host is amazing responding promptly to our questions during the booking and after. Everything is clean, organized and perfectly coordinated. We had the greatest time! We will definitely be back!

Had a great time. The host was very accommodating and sweet.The house was very clean and better in person than in pictures. Plenty of games and things to do to keep everyone entertained. The kids loved the pool and playground. Would stay here again.

Perfection!

This property was beautiful and completely perfect for our group! Our school staff came for a training retreat, and we all loved the home! One of the best things was the number of beds. The pool was the perfect size, and just what we all needed during this hot summer! The owner was quick to respond, and such a kind person. Wonderful experience overall.

Great place for big family with lots of kids

I heartily agree with what most reviews have already said, this property is great with so many activities for all ages. My elderly parents and my 10 year old all had a great time. The house and property are lovely and very well kept. One thing I wish I had known though, is that the "deer suite" is pretty funky. The bunk bedroom and the queen bedroom are connected by a bathroom, but more importantly the queen room actually has no door out to the hallway, so the only way out is through the bathroom (which might be in use) or through a closet that goes into the adjoining bedroom. The door does not lock. This is totally fine but would have been nice to know about beforehand for planning purposes as it does limit privacy if you have young kids who don't understand the need to knock and wait to be let in.

Fun for All Ages

Celebrated a teen birthday with family. Ages ranged from 3 to 80. Plenty of beds and bedrooms. Terrific amenities, fun for all - game room, tether ball, volleyball, pool, jungle gym, pond. Great setting. Great responsive hosts. Will definitely be back.

Great family friendly property

This property was perfect for my family and friends. There was plenty to do from the pool, game room, first pit, and fishing in the pond. Very clean. Appreciated the small details like snacks and drinks. Julie was great to communicate with. Will be back!! Thank you so much and God bless

Hello!! My husband, Regi and I bought this beautiful property in 2016 after the Lord directed us to use if for a camp for kids with cancer. We would love to rent the property out for others to enjoy! This will also be a huge blessing to allow our non profit to do more.
