Heritage Villas are conveniently located steps from Harbour Town, the Yacht Basin, the Harbour Town Golf Links, the Inn at Harbour Town, and the Smith Stearns Tennis Academy. The villa is perfect for tennis and golf enthusiasts and for those who want an excellent location to all that Sea Pines has to offer. The villa is a quick 15 minute bike ride to the Beach Club. After a long day of biking, golfing, playing tennis, or beaching, our quiet villa is the perfect place to relax and refuel for the next day! We have beds for 6 guests! We ask that you not exceed six guests overnight.

*Please read the entire listing before requesting to book. Our villa is offered on VRBO by us as owners, and not through The Sea Pines Resort or any other management company. They may offer additional amenities and services for the prices that they charge. Sea Pines Gate pass ($20 a week) and bike rentals are NOT included in our rental price. We are available 24/7 to our renters in the event there are any issues. One major advantage of renting directly from us is that we do not require Saturday-Saturday rentals. By offering this flexibility, you will be able to avoid the Saturday rush and find better flight and rental car options.

Personal access code "key" will be provided for your stay. Ample parking in front of villa. We do have a ring camera on the front door as we are out of state owners. We do not regularly watch. It is there for us to be assured the villa is cleaned and ready for our next guests' arrival. We do not have a land line telephone. Again, maximum occupancy is 6!

We provide starter necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry pods, shampoo, and soap. Depending upon the length of stay, you may need to replenish on you own. Note that the cleaning fee is for the end of stay clean.

Villa is well appointed with new quartz countertops in kitchen and baths, stainless appliances, full sized washer and dryer, new mattresses and new HVAC. The master suite is upstairs with newly remodeled master bathroom attached. The second upstairs bedroom features two full size beds, (one firm and one plush) and a full private bath. The loft area is perfect place for quiet study, reading, or yoga. The first floor bedroom features a king sized bed and newly remodeled private full bath with walk in shower. Please note, there is no bathtub in the villa. Large newer deck overlooks the lagoon with a beautiful water feature. There is a gas grill and outdoor dining area. Please note that there is a resort gate fee that is not included with the rental ($20/week per car). During high season, there is a trolley that will drop you off at The Beach Club. Beach Club and Tower Beach parking is not available to renters. The beach is a 15 minute bike ride. No pets allowed. Maximum number of guests is six. We ask that you respect these guidelines and treat our villa like you would your own home. When you request to book, would love to hear if this is your first trip to Hilton Head, what attracts you to our property, and how many people will be staying with you at our villa.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, there is a complementary shuttle to/from Harbour Town and Sea Pines Beach Club. Soak up the sun on 5 miles of beach along the Atlantic Ocean. The shuttle stop is steps from the villa. There are miles of bike trails in Sea Pines to enjoy. There are 3 golf courses in Sea Pines and 20 on the island. Villa is steps away from the first hole of Harbour Town Golf Links. The Sea Pines Tennis Center is directly across the parking lot from the villa and there is free walk on time after 5:00 on weekdays and after 2:00 on weekends. Anyone can schedule a drill or court for a small fee through the Sea Pines Tennis Center. During high season (March through September), renters do NOT have access to park in the Beach Club parking lot from 9am to 4pm.

Take a sunset sail or enjoy one of the finest dinner buffets by cruising aboard the million dollar "Spirit of Harbor Town." You are adjacent to restaurants and Sea Pines resort activities. Enjoy a trip to Savannah (one hour drive)or Charleston (2 hour drive). Spend an entire day (or week!) of shopping, dining, water activities, biking, tennis, horseback riding, golfing, and beaching without even getting in to your car! It is highly recommended that you rent bikes and most/all bike shops deliver and pick up from the villa. The cost of bike rental is not included in the rental price.
