Master bedroom and large master bathroom located on main floor. From the open kitchen and living room walk out to outdoor kitchen, pool and hot tub all with a fantastic waterfront view. Comfortable out door seating area with a TV. 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 with smart TVs) and a balcony overlooking waterfront and 2 bathrooms. Upgraded A/C units with germ killing Hepa filters and UV lights.

Fantastic home! Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The pool was absolutely wonderful. We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years and this was one of my favorites!

We were a group of 6 retirees that travel frequently together. We stayed at a VRBO vacation rental property hosted by Bev. The residence is absolutely beautiful on the outside and the same inside, with high end furnishings throughout. Very large and elegant master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is the same with a a large island and nice appliances. Several sitting areas along with a very nice balcony and three bedrooms grace the upstairs, along with another sitting area. A very large patio highlights the outdoor first floor area with seating for multiple guests overlooking the beautiful heated pool/hot tub that is lit by an abundance of colorful lights. The lighting even extends to the outdoor kitchen and tiki hut area. A well constructed boating dock with two lifts makes for a nice place to watch traffic navigate the waterway from the comfortable barstools. Bev has a clean, comfortable, and luxurious property waiting for you if your travels take you to the Cape Coral area. We absolutely loved this home and all the amenities it offered. Also, communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend that you experience this awesome home for yourselves. We will definitely be on our list for a future visit.

We are a family of 5 with 3 kids under 3 and this was our first vacation altogether. It was amazing. I do not have a single complaint, the pool, the bedrooms/bathrooms, the dock- everything is impeccable. Bev was amazing, she answered every question within minutes and even let us do a late checkout because our flight was at 3 and the baby naps from 10-1pm. Fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool, making dinner at the poolside bar were definitely highlights.

Such a beautiful house and close to everything! We enjoyed the outside area and pool. The house is immaculate and was perfect for our family because everyone had their own bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!! Certainly recommend this stay!!

Home away from home ☺️🏡

It is a good neighborhood to be in nice friendly people. The hostes (Bev) was extremely kind to us and worked with all of our needs. It was a good vacation for us always something to do.the weather was also wonderful.

Amazing on the 4th

Came down for the 4th of July and this place didn’t disappoint. Quiet neighborhood and sits on a quiet canal. Super easy boat access to the river and the dock was easy to tie up to. Everything and anything you could want to eat or do was within minutes.

Fantastic experience!

The house and the pool area were amazing! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the hot tub was a great way to wind down the evening. Several seating areas available inside and out. We even found a couple board games to play during our stay. Bev was a very good communicator and she was responsive to any questions we had. The burrowing owls across the street were a fun find and we found more owls close by.

Great family place

The owners went out of their way with Christmas decorations which made our stay very special. Unfortunately due to unusually cold temperatures, the heated pool could not get warm enough to use. However, the owners were very responsive to this issue. We would definitely recommend this property!

a wonderful location for enjoying the Florida sunshine

The home is lovely and the property manager Bev could not have been more supportive and helpful. Any question we had, Bev was incredibly responsive and helpful. You will love the outdoor space night or day. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the pool area. The remote controlled screen on the lania with the living room set up made the evenings very enjoyable. Great place to escape the winter blues.

Beautiful house

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. The other visit was 2 yrs ago. It was beautiful then and now. The updates were great. I loved that there is a new bathroom upstairs. It really made it easier. My only complaint is the pool water was too warm. Not refreshing at all. We love the place and will definitely be back!

Absolutely a fantastic place to stay!!!

The house was located on the canal, with direct access to the Caloosahatchee River, and only a short ride to get into the Gulf near Sanibel Island. We brought our boat, and had an absolute great time. However, the home itself would have been more than enough without a boat, as the hot tub and pool, the outdoor kitchen, and the outdoor entertainment area is all that you could ask for. No issues at all checking in or out, the host was very accomodating. The entire home has been renovated with modern furniture/appliances, and will make you want to do some changes to your home when you get back. I typically dont leave reviews very often, but this house is worthy of 10 stars all day long. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

My family and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and overall enjoyed our visit. Bev was very communicative throughout our stay and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved spending time on the back deck and watching TV on the lanai.Our main disappointment was with the pool - never got sun. The listing mentioned it was heated, but the temperature read 65-70 degrees during our stay, even though we were told it would be set to 85. Because the pool sits entirely in the shade, it stayed too cold for us to use, which was a bummer since we were really looking forward to enjoying it. We asked if the heater could be turned up, but unfortunately, that wasn’t accommodated.Aside from the pool issue, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the home’s layout and amenities.

I know it can be cold at this time, however, even turning the heat up for the pool, it would not heat up as the heater cannot keep up with the outside temp, the hot tub is always available and reaches comfortable temp within an hour usually.. This is a common issue with ALL pools. I truly wish i could fix this but it is out of my hands. I am glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise. Hoping you decide to book again next year! Light Up The Night

This is truly a beautiful home with lots of outdoor space and incredible outdoor lighting from the lanai to the tiki hut on the dock. Our three teenage children loved fishing on the dock. We saw two baby sharks on several days which was really neat. The "L" shaped sofa and huge screen TV out by the pool made it a family favorite area. Let's not forget the electric drop down screen for the evening and when it rained. The outdoor kitchen was also nice. The upstairs sitting area was a favorite hide out for one of our children. You cannot go wrong with this home. Bev checked on us, and the property manager stopped by to answer any questions we had. Thank you fur sharing your lovely home with us.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Bev’s home in Cape Coral! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Bev is a wonderful host—incredibly responsive, accommodating, and welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect for us, serving as an ideal home base to unwind after long days out on the water exploring the local sandbars. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!
