Beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee/ Gunstock retreat

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located in Gilford NH, between Lake Winnipesauke and Gunstock Mountain for fun in every season! Relax at the house or enjoy one of the many activities in the Lakes Region.

The house is close to Lake Winnipesaukee for swimming and boating in the Summer and ice fishing in the Winter. Gunstock Mountain (1.5 miles away) is home to year-round activities including zip line adventures, a mountain coaster, beer fests, and skiing/snowboarding/tubing.

Throughout the home you will find gorgeous woodwork giving it a charming New Hampshire feel. There is a flatscreen smart tv in the living room for you to stream all your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes brand new appliances, granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. In the center of the kitchen is a large island with seating for 4. For your convince, a highchair is available should you need one. There is a dinning room directly off the kitchen that has seating for 6. It also features sliding doors that lead onto The large wrap-around porch. Sit back and relax with a glass of wine or morning coffee as you listen and take in the surrounding nature. Just off the dinning room is a conveniently located half bathroom.
Down stairs you will enter in to a family room appointed with a second smart tv and couch that pulls out to a double bed for more sleeping space. While down stairs you will also find two bed rooms. The first room has two twin beds. The second room has a double bed. There is also a beautiful wooden crib for the convenience of families with small children. A full bathroom including tub with shower is located right outside of the bedrooms and is also home to a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
Upstairs, is the private master bedroom which includes an ensuite bathroom, smart tv, large armoire to hang clothes and a king size bed. Just off the master bedroom is a stunning loft with an oversized arched window that lets in lots of light. The loft has a double bed, chair and side table.
