Casa Zanoni was built in 1995 and designed as a wonderful mix of traditional Mexican architecture and modern accommodations. The interior colors and artwork reflect many features of a traditional Mexican Villa. The layout of the house adds modern upgrades especially in an open floor plan and extensive kitchen where people can't resist gathering, cooking, and participating in the flavors of Mexico. The kitchen and baths are covered in Telavera tile from Guadalajara and the floors are the warm, deep red Saltillo tiles this area of Mexico is known for. One entire side of the house opens to the exterior covered patio creating a flow of indoor and outdoor spaces, cool shade, and soft breezes. The patio overlooks a private garden and offers the best place for family gatherings and memorable meals. Each bedroom has a private bath and are just the right size for comfort and privacy.

The exterior of the house is built with a locally quarried reddish-pink stone matching the colors of the sunset and the Saltillo tile throughout. No other home in the area has this stonework so prominently displayed as a part of the architecture. Brick walls enclose the main entry with a wrought-iron gateway and lighted arbor. And with one step outside the main gates, you find yourself on the sought after restaurant and gallery stroll Bucerias is known for.
