All new renovation - DIRECT oceanfront condo in Key Colony Beach. Unit #10 is on the 1st floor with stunning ocean views from every window and only steps away from our private beach and heated pool. Condo features a clean white interior and kitchen stocked with everything (dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc). Bath has tub/shower combo. Guests can enjoy the quiet private beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's and BBQ grills.

All new bathroom and kitchen with full size, new appliances. All new KIng mattress with crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. Bathroom has large walk-in shower. We provide thick cotton, high-end bath and beach towels. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you!

Exactly what we needed!

The condo was just like in the photos, beautiful and clean, and the patio area was large with plenty of chairs. The pool was really nice, great after a long day at Key West! I would highly recommend and we are already planning a trip back!

Excellent and convenient

Quiet enough to enjoy the view and the private beach area, but close enough to venues to listen to music and eat well. Everything was clean and staff was courteous and communicative. Highly recommend - we would book this again.

We loved our stay in Key Colony. Our unit was waterfront with excellent views of the water. This location is close to everything. Our host was always responsive.

Key Colony Beach

Love everything about our stay. Was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Enough of a beach to take a walk on. Met with others staying in the area each night to watch the sun set. A real feel of community. Would stay here again.

Steps from the sand and water

Literally just a few steps and you are on sand and so close to the water! This was my favorite spot on our 2 week plus vacation in multiple locations. I loved being able to watch the sunrise!! The pool was perfect. The only thing I missed was being able to hear the water, alas, the windows were not functioning properly. I would love to come back!!!

Breathtaking views!

My husband, myself and our two teens stayed a week in middle December 2022. We were hesitant as we normally, for years, have stayed at another location. The minute we arrived we knew we made the right choice! Everything was perfect. Views, amenities, location, and most of all friendliness of staff as well as other families. Our stay was perfect. We traveled with family who booked at the other location and ended up with us about 75% of the time. They will now book here as well. Perfect. Everything was perfect 🏄‍♀️🏝️❤️

Disruptive noise

Would be nice to put rubber on the feet of the chairs because we were on the bottom unit and the prople above were constantly moving chairs until after 10 pm at night.

Perfect location in the Keys

We were there for a family vacation. Had only been through the Keys on day trips to Key West. Location of KCB is perfect. It is an easy drive to everywhere from Key Largo to Key West. The Marathon area has everything you could need from entertainment to food. As an added bonus, they have a beach out front and a great pool. Definitely go snorkeling and catch the sunset at least once from the 7 mile bridge. Room was perfect for a family of 4. Small kitchen has all the space you need to prepare a meal and there are 2 of the cleanest grills I have ever seen 30 feet outside the unit. Beds were comfortable and had enough seating to watch some TV if you get stuck inside for any reason. Plenty of towels and bathroom was adequate. KCB is great. Plenty of space to take a walk and very nice to not have to deal with the main highway. The little park next door was nice too.

Great Place to Stay

This was a great little property for a family of 4. We stayed for 3 nights. Our views were amazing. The "beach" had a lot of seaweed the first day but did clear up the last couple of days. While this place is older, it is very well maintained. Our unit was very clean and had everything we needed (linens and beach towels, kitchen items etc). Property grounds were very well kept. Pool and beach area are so close and easy to get to, which is a plus with kids! The owner, Kim was great! Excellent communication with her when I needed to be in touch. Sunset Park is a short walk and a great place to see the sunset! This is a great family friendly little town. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Keys!! My only suggestion would be having a box fan available. The AC has a hard time keeping up in the summer heat. Even with a ceiling fan to help circulate, the room was a little stuffy at times.

Hidden Marathon

We were looking for a spontaneous getaway. What a gem. The entire property was in excellent condition, extremely well maintained. Conveniently located yet quiet and secluded from US1. The unit was as described, great views all around. I'd love to return at a later date.

Fantastic location....beautiful ocean views!

This was the perfect rental location for staying in the Keys as it is essentially in the middle between Key West and Key Largo. The ocean views were absolutely what we wanted and private sandy beach and chairs was a great way to end the day. Very clean! The communication with the owner was great and I appreciated the recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Thank you!

Lovely place, great location and wonderful host!

The place is even nicer in person than the pics reflect. Kim the host went above and beyond to make our trip a complete success. The grounds are lovely and beautifully landscaped. I really appreciated the freshwater showers at the beach and several places to rinse off your feet scattered about the property. The pool was pristine and a perfect temperature. Overall a fantastic and lovely long weekend 10 year anniversary trip. Thanks for everything and we will be back :-)

Lovely place and location

Kim's place was so nice. The location is steps from the ocean and all the properties amenities. Centrally located in Marathon, we had a lot to choose from for food and activities. We probably enjoyed most, the boats zipping out of the cut next to the property. We'll be back!
