Casa Oceana! Waterfront paradise! Kayaks Paddle Boards at the beach

Come enjoy waterfront paradise at the "Casa Oceana" in Hudson Beach. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 bath home with vaulted ceilings and wood floors. The home sits on a wide canal leading out to a private channel into the clear cool waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Hudson Beach is a lively community with plenty of waterfront entertainment and dining, listen to live music while watching amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

House includes a private floating dock to launch the three kayaks and three paddle boards that are included with the rental. House also includes two outdoor decks one upstairs and one downstairs, a Weber gas grill, and full kitchen complete with spices and all needed utensils.

House is equipped with an electronic lock that opens with a code that will be provided at check in time. As the owner, I live in the Tampa Bay area and will be available by phone if an emergency arises.

Sea Pines is one the premier neighborhoods of Hudson Beach featuring both waterfront and wooded homes. The community has a private boat channel, private boat ramp, and two private parks one waterfront and one in the wooded area. The neighborhood is very quiet and full of wonderful neighbors and houses. Boat rentals are available in the Hudson Beach community.

On the canal

We had a great time with our family in celebration of our daughters graduation! From fishing, to crabbing, to canoeing, to seeing the local area and eating at the local Ollies, it was the best time! The owner is very responsive and certainly made sure we had a great time! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! If youre looking for a quite area with lots to do, look no further.

Great place

We had a great time at this place as a family. The house is great and area is quite silent. It is great that every bed room basically has it own bath room. The terraces are pretty nice and we had a lot of fun with the kayaks and standup paddles.

Nice place with access to the gulf.

If you’re looking for a family home to stay at with convenient access to a channel to take you out into the Gulf, this place is for you. We brought our boat and tied it to the floating dock. The house was comfortable and there are many extras to enjoy.

FABULOUS experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! They have everything for 19yr olds- pier, kayaks, paddleboards, & golf cart lol. Also, the place was adequately stocked with any pot,pan, etc that you might need. Even the fans to help with ac! Such a wonderful vacay. Thank you!

Large home with beautiful screened in porch overlooking the waterway. 2 piers make it easy to fish and launch a kayak. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice place to relax. Not a great location for children.

Awesome vacation

Our entire family had a wonderful time during our stay in Hudson, FL. There were lots of things to do within an hour of driving distance. The house was very peaceful and quiet. We loved the setting of the neighborhood. Jeremy and Diana were lovely hosts thinking of all the things you could need during your stay. This is a rare gem of a house, and if you are on the fence, book your stay now. You won't be disappointed!

Visiting Family

Such a great experience! First time renting through VRBO, not knowing what to expect. The whole process was flawless. Jeremy and Darla were fantastic; easy to contact. The rental is in a great location! Close to Route 19 and all the fun Hudson, Florida has to offer. Definitely will recommend to other friends! 5 plus stars!

Graduation Get-Away

What an amazing home! My son graduated from college and we wanted to find a place we could all (6 of us total) go to, to be together and celebrate and this home was absolutely perfect. It is well stocked with anything and everything you might need while away from home… plus some! The view is fantastic, the beds, the game room, the games downstairs, the paddle boards, kayaks, the golf cart and docks… all of it, perfect! We never felt cramped or bored! We would absolutely recommend this home… oh & if you bring your pet, the back yard is completely fenced in!

Wasn’t ready to leave

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful vacation home. The home was well supplied, the views were amazing, the neighborhood was a delight to take a golf cart ride around. It was a very peaceful quiet neighborhood, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the water view. The owners were OUTSTANDING. I have rented so many properties over the years and I can truly say they were the easiest to get ahold of and easiest to work with. Truly, very nice and easy going people and easy to work with. We would most definitely rent here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Happy Customers!

Our recent stay at this vacation rental exceeded all our expectations. The property was absolutely stunning, located on the water with breathtaking views from every room. The house was spotless and incredibly comfortable, and it accommodated our group of seven with ease. We were thrilled to find that the house came equipped with kayaks and a golf cart, which made exploring the area and getting around a breeze. What impressed me the most was how easy it was to contact the owner. They were extremely responsive and always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. It was truly a fantastic stay, and we will keep it on the short list of vacation options!

Great place in Hudson

Great property, comfortable master bed (only one we used), great fenced in backyard and patio areas including 2nd story screened patio with nice propane grill, nice floating dock, was great having use of kayaks, and golf cart. The office area is excellent for working remotely. Kitchen is excellent, one of the best stocked with cooking pot/pans, utensils, etc. Communication with owner was great, had difficulty with electronic door lock upon arrival, owner quickly rectified remotely. Central HVAC worked well. Many window blinds are difficult to open and couch wasn’t the most comfortable but minor compared to all good items. Neighbors are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Hudson Family Trip

It was very nice. Wonderful Kitchen and we enjoyed the upper screened area a lot. Bedrooms were as described but I would suggest in the back Queen room they remove the exercise machine and move the bed out from the wall adding a small bed side table. Furnishings in the main TV room were skimpy. Should comfortably seat at least 6 and a couple more chairs on the screened would be helpful. We were constantly moving chairs to accomadate our needs. For the most part the 7 of us were quite comfortable.

Casa de Oceana is my dream home that took 40 years to achieve, it is not the normal single story block home like many others in Hudson, it is a three story custom home with beautiful amenities. This is truly a small slice of paradise that I want to share with others when work keeps me on the road.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Mahogany wood floors, three story home with a large loft upstairs. The twenty foot ceilings and tall windows in the living room give a truly wonderful view and feel. This house is unlike any other listed in the area.
