Please make yourself at home in our beautiful slice of paradise on the Gulf of Mexico in Steinhatchee Florida. We offer two beautifully appointed one Bedroom, one bath condominiums #199 & #200 with a pass door between the two units , at the mouth of the Steinhatchee River at Sunset Place Resort. Watch the most spectacular sunsets or watch your children swim in our pool from your private balcony. We offer both vehicle and boat trailer private parking. We are in the process of rebuilding our dock that was .destroyed in hurricane Idalia. The new marina , Steinhatchee Marina at Deadmans Bay, will dock your boat for the very reasonable rate of .75 cents per foot. Come scallop, fish or just relax!

Perfect Stay !

A beautiful condo with everything you need and very clean. Mark was very kind and efficient in getting us checked in. The view is amazing! Definitely 5/5 stay ! We will be back.

Perfect Getaway

We will definitely be returning. Everything was great, the property was very nice and neat. We took our boat, so being able to dock it across the street with a security access gate was awesome. Just a really great overall experience.

Relaxing Getaway!

Our two night getaway at Sunset Place was wonderful. Mark and his wife are great hosts! Our unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from our balcony could not have been any more beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax and chill! We hope to visit there again in the future!

It doesn't get better than this

This was the cleanest place we've ever stayed at. It was also decorated and stocked carefully and tastefully. The amenities, gorgeous view, and boat trailer parking made this the perfect weekend getaway for fishing, exploring, and relaxing. I highly recommend choosing this condo. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful surprise

Full disclosure, I was only looking for a bed, close to our planned scalloping trip. The price was reasonable and within walking distance of the marina. To our pleasant surprise, we had an immaculate room, smartly decorated, a pool, and an amazing view over the river and bay. Absolutely would recommend.

Awesome stay!!!

Everything was superb!!! Location, cleanliness, atmosphere!! We really couldn't be happier with our experience at this villa. Owners were great with directions, and property well maintained and clean. Sunset Place Resort is perfectly located right across Steinhatchee River. Having easy access to dock our boat was a plus!! Walking distance from Seahag and other restaurants. Atmosphere is family friendly. And front office is very helpful with any questions you might have.

All the comforts of home! 😊

Thanks for a cozy and comfortable stay! You definitely want to make guests feel at home and we did! We came to visit family who live in Steinhatchee and they enjoyed our deck views more than their own! I’d like to say we got to see some amazing sunsets, but unfortunately the fog rolled in every night, except the last, where we got to see a glimpse of one. We definitely would stay here again! Thanks for making us feel welcome!!!

Perfection!

We were ecstatic about this location! Close to Roy's, the inlet, Sea Hag... everything. The Sunset has a pool, cleaning location, and great dock. There was plenty of parking and staff was very helpful. The unit was beautiful and with a view... WOW! We had plenty of room for the 4 of us, 2 under the age of 5. We will be back, it was exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much!!!

Very nice condo with amazing sunsets

Condo just as described. Super cute coastal decor. Very clean and perfect for a couple. The location in Steinhatchee is great. Directly across from the marina. The sunsets cannot be described. My husband and I lived on a sailboat for 10 years and sailed thousands of miles and never saw sunsets to equal. And the view from inside the condo is just the same. Our stay was during an extremely cold spell and the condo was extremely cozy. Parking is easy and safe. Roys Restaurant across the street is very good. Would definitely return,

Great Place

The location is wonderful. Off a not real busy street but close to the water. Walking distance to local restaurants. The property is beautiful, clean, and inviting. The unit that we stayed in was just perfectly decorated and furnished and very warm and inviting. The owner of our unit was very prompt in responding and providing the details needed for checking in. We will definitely be returning.

Angela the property manager came in after hours and was incredibly helpful. So grateful for her. Mark, the owner has a beautiful place. He even called afterward to check on our stay. We look forward to returning to this piece of paradise.

Steinhatchee June 13-17 2021

First time visiting Steinhatchee. Stayed at Sunset Resort in connecting rooms 199 & 200. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Great attention to detail. Kitchen had everything we needed to prep what little cooking we did. Staff was great. Perfect location overlooking the pool, river, and private boat dock where we kept our boat. We will be back.
