New to the rental market and completely rebuilt 3 bedroom 2 bath, sleeps 6. Master en-suite has King size bed, second Queen bedroom and 3rd bedroom with 2 XL Twin beds which can be pushed together to form a King bed for flexibility for your group.

New for 2022 we have added an optional Jeep for our guests. We want you to enjoy your vacation and not worry about the logistics of having to book and coordinate a rental. Guaranteed availability during your stay. See photos page & Inquire for details.

Huge covered outdoor living area with dining and sitting space to relax and enjoy the sunsets.

Everything in the entire house is brand new, furniture, appliances, bedding, linens, cookware, premium Sealy mattresses, flooring etc etc, etc the list goes on and on.

Property manager will greet you as you arrive for your paradise vacation at the ferry dock so you won't have any trouble finding the house.  On-site villa caretaker.  The villa  has a completely separate, very private lower level apartment with no shared space that will not infringe on your privacy or enjoyment during your stay..

Villa Tre Santi

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Tre Santi! The property was perfect for our family: clean with great kitchen amenities, multiple bedrooms and a perfect deck/patio view of the bay (with amazing sunsets). The owners and property managers were gracious host and concierge who gave great tips and suggestions for the perfect St. John experience. The jeep rental option was an added, convenient bonus.

Incredible Stay

Villa Tre Santi was perfect! The owners have imagined and created everything you need for a perfect stay on the island. The home is beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated. Every detail like beach chairs, beach towels, & coolers made it so easy. The beds were comfortable, the house was spacious, and the deck was huge and had the most incredible view. We will book again

Family vacations

Excellent location, not far away from restaurants and short ride to the beach. Perfect accommodations for a 6 member group, very neat and good equipment in the kitchen. Jeep available for rental, very useful and in excellent conditions. Property manager very attentive. Renters give us plenty amount of information about tours, restaurants,services,etc! We were in contact all the time. Our only complaint , a/c was not working at its best, so too warm during the summer.

Excellent Experience

Our time at Villa Tre Santi was outstanding. It is in a great location with a nice view of Cruz Bay. With the jeep that we added on to our villa rental directly from the owner, access to anywhere on St. John is doable but this location gave us quick access to restaurants, grocery stores, and basically anything you need for your stay. Our host Linda promptly responded to any and every message we sent and was incredibly helpful to us. The villa itself has a beautiful garden, is clean, has a nice kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds, etc. The bottom line is that this place was a solid choice for our family of 5 and we'd comfortably recommend it to any of our friends.

One of the best places I've ever stayed!

This spot was fantastic in every way. First, Scott was very communicative and easy going- meeting us when we got off the ferry (timing was a bit in flux) and letting us follow him to the house so that we did not get lost. He was also helpful, responsive and very kind throughout our entire stay. The place itself was BEAUTIFUL (well-decorated, modern and spotless) and conveniently located- about a 5 minute drive to the downtown area. (In my opinion you need a car to stay here). The back patio had a gorgeous view and was spacious with great, comfortable furniture. It was perfect for yoga in the mornings and wine at sunset. You will NOT regret staying here. Thanks Scott!!

Beautiful view

Joe and Michelle were so great to work with. Their communication was amazing, and they had suggestions for everything. Scott the property manager was also super sweet and helpful. The house is just as the pictures represent. The amazing spacious deck was our place to be in the mornings for coffee and at night for wine and cards with our family. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were nice for a restful nights sleep. The beds were comfortable. The location is so close to downtown (about a 5-8 minute drive). Everything was perfect. Another great trip in the books for our family. Thanks Joe and Michelle!!!!!

A Week in Paradise

Our week at Villa Tre Santi was so much better than I ever expected! The property is far above average!! My son and I took two of his daughters to St. John for a graduation gift/trip. My concern is always the cleanliness and comfort of my accommodations. Villa Tre Santi is, hands-down, the best property we have ever stayed in. The home is modern, clean, well decorated & located , and has a view to die for. I spent every morning and evening on the beautiful deck overlooking Cruz Bay. The beds are comfortable and the modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. The owners reached out numerous times before and during our stay and the on-site manager was very helpful. I WILL stay here again!!

Convenience, Comfort & Wonderful View

Located just minutes from the car & passenger ferries in Cruz Bay, this is a convenient place to base yourself for day excursions around the island - bring a car OR rent the onsite Jeep! The quality of the home with finishing touches is well above average vs similar offerings - pictures are accurate at the time of this review. Groceries are easily found at 2 nearby markets and multiple restaurants are a short drive down the hill into Cruz Bay or other nearby choices. There is a full-time property manager on-site (Scott - lower level) who, after greeting us, was seldom seen yet ‘at-the-ready’ to assist us… a perfect balance. You will much appreciate the interior appointments and likely spend much of your time on the shaded outdoor deck which expands across the entire home overlooking a portion of Cruz Bay and the East End of St. Thomas. Have fun.

Great stay!!

Wow. What a wonderful place. You can start (and end) with the sweeping view out over the island towards St. Thomas. The colors of sunset are breathtaking. The house design is smart and has everything needed to enhance your stay on the island. The kitchen is well appointed. The bedrooms are very comfortable. Every room has overhead fans and air conditioning. The entertainment system has many options if needed and easy to use. But, to be honest, you’ll be spending most of your time on the back covered porch……did I mention the view? The owners Joe and Michelle were very attentive in making sure everything was all set with our trip/stay. Scott, the caretaker, was extremely personable and couldn’t have been more helpful. The optional Jeep rental with the property was the perfect way to get around the island. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it without reservation!!!

Top Notch In Every Way

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience! The owners of the property provided excellent communication and information. The property manager, Linda, was absolutely wonderful to work with! She offered great suggestions for our arrival, and her assistance when we got there made us feel like we were staying at a friend's house. The location of the property is perfect, the view and the landscaping are beautiful, and the house is high quality throughout. It has everything you could need and was immaculate upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed: every kind of utensil, plenty of dishes, small appliances, etc. The large and small appliances were all top notch and in excellent condition. We used the beach chairs and the great snorkel gear that were cleverly stored on the driveway next to the Jeep as well. This house has it all!! The Jeep was great fun and so much easier than getting a standard rental. Also, it's cool gold trim helped us easily find it in a parking lot full of jeeps! St John's is a wonderful place to visit and a perfect fit for our family of five. This house was well thought out with everything you could need to enjoy the island to it's fullest!!

Beautiful property

What a lovely space to celebrate my 50th with friends! We had 5 people total and the accommodations were perfect for our sized group. The deck was the best part! Beautiful views and we really enjoyed the sounds of St John at night. There are a couple iguanas that live in the trees we got to see every day. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and we grilled out several times and ate most of our breaksfasts and dinners at home. We loved the extras like snorkeling gear for five in the storage room. The property manager, Scott was very friendly and super helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is that walking into town is a bit treacherous, but that really cannot be avoided unless you stay right in town and then you are giving up that beautiful view! The roads on St John are steep with a lot of switch backs and places with no sidewalks and poor visability. We did walk down a couple times and got a taxi back at night. We rented a jeep for our stay and were glad we did! They now have an option to rent a jeep with the house, so we would do that next time to avoid the hassle of picking up and dropping off. So many beautiful beaches and hikes nearby to enjoy! Overall a beautiful place and lovely house. We would definitely come back!

Absolutely Perfect-10 Stars if I Could

Goodness, where to begin?!? Joe and Michelle have gone to great lengths to make you feel “at home” in their extremely well-appointed second home! And they delivered in spades. From the stunning view on the large covered deck where we enjoyed coffee, meals, cocktails, conversations, and card games to the high end bedding, ease of on-site Jeep rental and even on-site property manager (Scott) they’ve truly considered every detail. Communication pre arrival was outstanding. While I’m sure it would have been great after arrival as well we honestly never reached out to Joe and Michelle once we arrived. Instead we worked with Scott, their on-site manager who lives in the unit below. I must say this was our first time with a VRBO that offered an on-site manager and it has completely changed my expectations!! While I know Scott’s shoes will be hard to fill, an on-site manager will absolutely be a key factor in my future bookings. Whether we wanted to pick his brain about his favorite restaurants, beaches or where to shop for certain things he was available (without being obtrusive which is a talent for sure! ) We found his US roots and 10 years as a St John native to be the perfect mix not to mention he’s a really cool intelligent person that will do great things! Joe, Michelle, and Scott-thanks so much for being the outstanding team that you are and giving us such a wonderful backdrop to enjoy the island and all she offers!

This is an amazing home and location for your island vacation!

Upon disembarking from the ferry we met the property manager who guided us up the twisting island streets to our home for the week. The property had plenty of space for our rental vehicle and for our family of five to unload our stuff. The home is nicely landscaped and you get great views, even from the driveway. Conveniently located here are pool noodles, beach chairs and coolers for your use. The home is even more lovely in person than the pictures. The home was immaculately cleaned, and all of the rooms have plenty of lights and ceiling fans in every room. From the main entrance you walk into an attractively decorated family room with a sofa and end tables, chairs, TV and really really cool decorative table made out of a tree's root system set into a nook under the TV. The drawers here have some games to play (which we certainly did with my 7 year old game lover) as well as a guest book and the welcome book. Plenty of brochures and maps on island resources were provided as well as a book I very much recommend called St. John Off The Beaten Track by Gerald Singer. Its a book that I wish I had picked up before our trip instead of some other books I read. It has lots of details on trails and beaches and is very comprehensive. I liked it so much a bought a copy for myself at the National Park Service Visitors Center. The kitchen has everything you would need and everything is easy to find. We did not eat out much and prepared most of our meals here. It can be a challenge finding things in someone else's kitchen but everything we needed was pretty much right where I expected it to be and everything worked as it should. Plenty of hand towels and can koozies as well. The bathrooms are great, nicely tiled with marble and granite and there were fresh linens and beach towels and all the necessities were provided. The bedrooms worked great, with storage available in either underbed drawers, or closet organizers and bed side tables. I'm always annoyed when a rental or hotel room doesn't have space to put your empty luggage but there is plenty of space so you aren't tripping over your stuff. The master bedroom opens out onto the expansive deck as does the family room. The covered deck also serves as the dining area with room for eight and an additional sitting area with a couple of chairs, sofa and tables. The deck provides fantastic, expansive views of Cruz Bay and the sound. We loved our meals outside! We would turn down the

Everything and I mean EVERYTHING about this home was... EVERYTHING~the homeowners who reached out to me immediately upon renting and stayed with me for the months, via email, leading up to our stay-answering every question, going above and beyond. And then Scott, who is On Site- a truly beautiful human being, made sure everything was EVERYTHING for us! Furnishings, Beds, Cookware, Dishes, Towels, property, EVERYTHING, so well done! We have rented vacation homes where the bare/cheapest minimum is provided, and this home, the owners and Scott were the antithesis of that....RENT NOW!

Great piece of property. Very clean, good beds. It is a couple min from Cruz Bay so a car is a must. A nice view for morning coffee and evening refreshments. Overall very enjoyable stay. Scott the property manager very caring and helpful. I hope to stay again in the future.
