Beautiful home with that Colorado feel just a short walk to Lake Pagosa where you can fish, SUP, Kayak or just enjoy the mountains reflecting off the still morning water.

This is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home that sleeps 7 and is all on one level with easy parking for up to 4 cars. As you enter, you will immediately notice the nice use of wood in the open living, dining and kitchen area with plenty of room for the whole gang to hang out after a great day of fun. This home has fantastic high speed WIFI internet!

The living room has a large TV, gas fireplace. and a sleeper couch.
The garage has a ping pong table, darts, corn hole and a bluetooth speaker in the light over the ping pong table!

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

This home does not have AC

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

Well appointed and comfortable!

Great home in quiet neighborhood outside Pagosa Springs. Great base for adventures in the area. Spacious, clean, well-appointed 3br home. Mule deer roam the neighborhood, quick walk to Pagosa Lake for kayaking or SUP'ing. Short drive into town. We will definite stay here again!

The home is very nice and has everything you could possibly need to enjoy time away! It was clean and well stocked. Our dog really enjoyed lounging on the back patio with us. Communication with Maddie with any questions was easy. It was a very comfortable stay for two adults with a dog. The backyard could definitely use a little clean up with weed removal. Our pup loves to hunt so he enjoyed to root around the yard. It was nice and quiet to sit out and watch the deer graze and bed down in the evenings.

Great place in great location

This was our 4th time to stay here. We love the location and the property is awesome. Ping pong, darts and corn hole as well as board games. Great location for fishing and very close to everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exactly as the pictures show except it wasn’t mentioned that the towels are big, very soft, and fluffy. Didn’t mention that there is more cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, and gadgets than most commercial restaurant kitchens Huge - very roomy for the 6 of us - we will definitely stay here again next time we are all together in Pagosa.

We had a great time in Pagosa and Wolf creek. The accommodations were great. Cozy, lots if room for two adults, two kids, and a dog. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. We would stay here again 100%.

Excellent Property

Everything was great. We brought our dogs and had a great time. The location is beautiful. Very close to downtown restaurants and springs, grocery stores, hiking options and incredible scenery. We will be back!

Weekend Ski Trip

Beautiful Vacation Rental

Great place, close to the lake. Very nice furnishings, well supplied. Perfect location. I'm giving 5 stars, but one small thing is, back yard could use some care. (Weeds) Other than that, perfect vacation spot.

The property was well maintained and had all necessary amenities available to us for use before we arrived. The showers had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water for when we needed to use them after being out in the cold weather. Comfy beds and clean sheets with plenty of extra blankets if needed.

Paradise in Pagosa

The house is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen has everything you need & the furniture is so comfortable. Loved the leather couch with twin recliners. Neighborhood is first-rate & very quiet. Close to everything! The only thing that needs extra attention is the yard. It was over grown with prickly weeds & spiky pine cones.

Perfect for families

Charming mountain home nestled in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a family trip to Pagosa Springs. The house had such a warm and welcoming feel, kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials if you need to make a meal, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were impeccably clean. The cell and internet service were strong, dish tv was great and the owners had a huge selection of dvds. The back patio was lovely to sit and sip on a coffee or wine and listen to the birds chirp. The lake is walking distance and town is only a few minutes drive away. We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and would recommend it to anyone! The wonderful property manager made sure we had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. VIP goes above and beyond with their communication, and long list of amenities and services. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Great getaway

This home was beautiful and perfect for our long weekend getaway! The kitchen is stocked with mostly anything you could possibly need for cooking. We enjoyed the gas grill and firepit on the outside patio. The fenced in backyard was perfect and allowed us to bring our dog without having any concerns, and was a decent enough size for the kids to play outside. We had two small kids that enjoyed the bunk bed. There is a huge movie collection and a few games available. We enjoyed playing ping pong and darts in the garage area while being able to watch TV as well. The location and neighborhood are also beautifully nestled into the pine trees. It felt like a mountain getaway while still being a very close drive to town. We saw deer on a few occasions when driving in or out of the neighborhood which the kids enjoyed!
