Welcome to your dream vacation home at 10 Singleton Shore Manor! Upon entry, enjoy stunning views of the salt marsh, tidal creeks, beach, and Atlantic Ocean. This coastal retreat comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests, perfect for large groups or families.

The house is very nice and spacious. It is not kids friendly however so be aware. Baby crib, high chair, bikes, beach equipment are all extra costs through other companies. The glass balcony doors in the top floor master bedroom are fogged inside so the view of the ocean is not clear. The management company was not willing to compensate me for the lack of view in that room and the dead roach we found on the floor in the kitchen upon arrival. The BBQ grill was not connected correctly for us and they assured us it was tested out before we arrived. They did send someone to rectify that and the missing door handles in the screen door in the above mentioned master bedroom. Overall, nice size house with elevator, nice location near the beach and pool was nice. Too bad the little things that the management company should have seen to were not done correctly. And they are not willing to give any compensation. I have stayed at other VRBO houses and never had these kinds of issues.

A wonderful getaway

This property was fantastic. Big, spacious home with an incredible view, a short walk from the beach and with its own pool / hot tub. I would give it 5s across the board, but there was a problem with the air conditioning unit for which no one was at fault, but we had to have a temporary cooling unit in one bedroom with a great view, so that was a little inconvenient and unsightly until it got fixed. But it got fixed quickly and with great communication. We had a communication issue with the heating of the pool and hot tub, for which we paid a pretty large upcharge. But the property management company was very responsive and quick to correct the issue after it was communicated to them. The location is just incredible, and we could have comfortably fit 2-3X as many people without inconvenience to anyone. The rooms were very comfortable, and everything exceeded our expectations. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat, and recommend it to anyone interested in renting it without a second thought.

Family Vacation

This house was PERFECT for all of us. We had an age range from 5-75. There was plenty of room and space for everyone to break away if needed. The pool was a great size for all of the kids to play. Walk to beach wasn't bad and where you access the beach was not crowded AT ALL (which could have also been the timing of our stay). It was like we had a private beach. We will definitely be back to stay in this house the next time visiting HHI!

Beautiful Well maintained home

We had 18 family members meeting for Christmas and this house was perfect and we all slept comfortable. Their were enough towels, beach towels(we used them for the outdoor jacuzzi). Although we didn't use any of the beach items they did have a beach wagon, beach chairs and plenty of beach towels, beach toys etc. We opted to heat up the jacuzzi and it was such a nice plus. The views to the ocean were outstanding. Plenty of parking and the home is gated but don't have to worry about gate passes, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped from coffee maker, ice maker, baking and all cooking necessary for a great meal. Grill as well, Although we didn't use it. Plenty of space around the pool and living room. The surround sound was outstanding for movies, our best part of the home. The beds were comfortable. I have nothing but great comments for this home, will definately rent again! The home does have one bedroom on the 1st floor for any elderly that can't go up and down stairs. You do have stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floor which wasnt a problem, but if you have elderly would suggest getting use of the Elevator available.

Beautiful home. All 6 couples had their own bathroom with their own bedroom , this was great. The combined layout of the pool / kitchen / living room layout was very nice because you can visualize where people are and can communicate easily. We had minor issues with some things like the ice maker and smoke detector system and the TV/stereo control was hard to understand.... the property management company was very responsive. The location relative to the ocean was very nice. There is a huge park next to the house that has dozens of pickleball courts. There are many bars and restaurants near the house. We rented bikes for the week ... many companies delivery them with cheap rental fee ... would highly recommend. This is a great place to stay in Hilton Head. Pay for the pool heat, you'll need it (we used the hot tub every day). Consider bringing a cooler as a piece of luggage , you'll probably need one. We did not pay for the elevator but we are all pretty fit and it was a complete non issue.

Family reunion

House was a great location with lovely view of beach & ocean. We had ample space for everyone. The kitchen is a bit undersized for that large a home. As you know, the kitchen is often the gathering spot. We had a great week & would rent again from Hilton Head Properties

Awesome extended family vacation

Location (close to beach, amenities) was terrific, and the pool area was wonderful for our wide range of ages. Lots of private space as well as shared. We had a great time!

Family Reunion

Beautiful house

This is a great house for a large group. The pool is lovely, and the views are spectacular. The only downside is that it is a hike to get to the beach, so you need bikes and a car to get beach chairs, etc for a day at the beach. Then there is nowhere to park the car at the beach, so you need to drive back to the house and bike back. All in all though, we had a great time!

Very nicely furnished & comfortable

We very much enjoyed our stay. Next time we will enjoy it even more after finding many more exciting things to do in Hilton Head. Most things were very convenient to get to from the house. Room sizes and number of rooms were perfect for our whole family. We hope to return within a year.

We had our children and their children (6 grandkids) meet up from all over the country.

The home is very spacious and lovely. Pool was a big hit. With 17 of us could have used another dishwasher, but otherwise everything you needed was supplied( even beach towels!). Slightest issue was immediately handled. Never had that before. Beach was an easy under 10 minute walk. Nice walking and bike trails. Tennis courts nearby as well. Will return!

After-quarantine vacay!

We had hoped for an early check-in but did not expect it according to the website. We went directly to the house after 2 days of travel with children. We arrived at the house at 4:20 and the cleaning was still not complete. We asked the cleaning personnel when we could get in and he said 15 minutes. We were not able to get in the house until just before 5:00. The carpets were not swept, as there were crumbs and paper from the previous inhabitants. Once settled, we did enjoy that the living space and pool were on the same floor. This made it easy to enjoy the pool and meal prep etc all together. The outdoor space was beautiful and very modern looking. The ice maker is slow and probably a little too small for the amount of people that the house can accommodate. The microwave broke midweek and wasn’t going to be repaired before our departure but there is a toaster oven and we made due. The ride to the beach is a flat road and easy to travel, we rented bikes. Overall, we had a great week and the set up of the house worked perfectly for our large family.

We had a great time! Not only was the house beautiful and spacious but very comfortable. From the youngest, 1 year old boy, to the oldest, 74 year old great grandpa, everyone enjoyed themselves. And Darcey, the property manager, was awesome!! We were there for my youngest son's wedding and were hosting dinner for many people one of the nights. I texted to see if we could have some help getting the house clean and she sent us someone right away. They also brought us extra beach chairs just to make sure that we were as comfortable at the beach as in the house. We felt the love!! it was our first time in HH, but not the last one. We will for sure be back! Carmen A

Didn't want to leave~

We absolutely loved our stay! We have been beach vacationing for years and this visit was one of the best yet! The house was amazing, to say the least, and had more than enough room for our huge family. Four floors, with an elevator, heaven-sent, and 2 master suites! Every room had a balcony and bath....so grandiose. Wifi was strong and fast 5G. Management was extremely courteous and prompt with any request. The pool was used every day. It was also very nice to have access to the neighborhood's private beach, which has paved access and accommodations to lock up your bikes. Beautiful white sand with shallow waters to wade in. We were able to rent bikes and rode all over the island. All rentals are delivered to your door and picked up at the house. It was a trip to remember for a lifetime - great accommodations, beautiful views, and a private neighboorhood/beach.
