Just a stroll to West Lake, world class tennis center and outdoor pools (plus an in-season shuttle ride to the private beach), this single-level coastal getaway offers a newly-repainted living area (with new furniture for 2019), well-equipped kitchen and dining space, full hallway bath and two newly-carpeted bedrooms, including the master suite. West Lake is stocked for catch-and-release fishing and features a white sandy beach for sunbathing. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more.  3 TVs, 3 Blu-rays, Wifi.Notes: Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Nice Beach Theme Vacation Condo

Nice quiet location that is close to the pool and Tram to the beach. Also walking distance to the tennis and pickleball courts. I also fished off Brighton Trail by the bikes, and caught several large Sunfish on mealworms.

Our family had a great stay here. Unit was clean, well decorated, and well kept. Kitchen equipment was new and organized and the unit had a large movie and game collection that we loved. Close to all the tram stops and pool.

Summer Vacation

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this home. It is equipped with everything you need for a couple of days to a week. It is also very clean upon arrival. The home is warm, cozy and beautifully decorated. We love Sea Colony and this is our second time staying at this home in two years. We plan to book again next year because of everything mentioned. Nice Vacation Place

We loved the layout and cleanliness of the unit. It is centrally located in Sea Colony -- between the gym and the tennis center. Comfy sofas and plastic Adirondack chairs on the back porch.

Very clean, well appointed home. Deck is awesome, and the whole home is furnished perfectly. Really appreciate all the little extras from the home like DVDs, games, books, and a fully stocked kitchen. Super comfortable rental, one of the best we’ve ever stayed at!

Nice Stay

Well stocked unit with comfortable furniture. Lamp in master on dresser was missing a bulb - used one from Living room lamp. Would be nice if one of the bedroom lamps was plugged into the light switch outlet. Outlet behind bed and too hard to get to to make the change. Loved how close we were to pool and pickle ball courts.

Great Time in Bethany Beach

This is a beautiful condo. We were impressed with decor and cleanliness of the unit. The back porch is private and includes a couple of seating areas plus a hammock. The unit itself is close to an outdoor pool. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Bethany beach week

Our property was cozy and a fully equipped kitchen which I love. The Master bath faucets leaked and a plumber was required. He had to turn them off. Ugh. Didn’t love that. Hate low toilets but otherwise the place was pretty perfect!!

Beautiful, clean and well stocked.

We loved the cozy, clean, well stocked condo. The living room is so cozy! The outdoor patio very comfortable and relaxing! The two twin beds and pull out were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and is very clean. There’s a beach van pickup directly outside and the tram is a short walk. We loved having two bathrooms and the entire condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The only reason we gave 4 stars vs. 5 stars is because for us, the master bed and pillows were uncomfortable, so those could be improved, and the washing machine rubber ring needs cleaned or replaced due to buildup. This (washing machine issue), however, is a typical experience in most summer rentals. Overall it is a very nice beach condo!

Comfortable and cute!

The decor was very nice, beachy but not overly done. The furniture was comfortable including the beds. The deck was also nicely decorated with nice furniture, a hammock and string lighting. Pictures are on point. The condo looked brand new. It was a very pleasant stay.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay at Sea Colony. This condo is close to the fitness center, walking distance which we enjoyed. The check in process could have been more clear, we did not know we had to pick up passes at the visitors center. Also, the cabinet under the sink in the kitchen was unclean.
