Offering a large private deck and a convenient one-level layout, this updated coastal getaway features a living room (with new couch and chair in 2019), dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning,washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, wood burning fireplace, Wifi.

Beach getaway

This is our second time staying at sea colony and it over exceeds our expectations. I absolutely love this place. Will continue coming back here every year.

Host Terms and Conditions caused cancellation

I have tried sending you messages but they got rejected. In short, you shouldn’t allow me to book a stay when I don’t know what all the terms are from the host manager. Vacasa acted poorly in demanding I send them a digital copy of my license over the email so some company called IDology could store it. Give me a break. You have my name, my address, my phone number, my email address and my credit card, not to mention my history with you. The woman who called me was downright rude, threatening me with forfeiture and then she had the gall to ask to talk to someone else in my party. This all happened as I was finishing packing and an hour away from getting in the car. IDology is a small company that has been purchased by a UK company who is having financial difficulties. I already have been given notice by Experian that my information is on the dark web. I won’t open up another opportunity for my privacy to be violated! I cancelled and got my money back. Anyway, I was pissed when all this happened and in fact just writing about it I am still pissed.

Pleasant Stay at Sea Colony

We had a pleasant week-long stay as a family of 4. Love the large deck and views of the lake from living room, dining room, and master bedroom. While the bathrooms have been updated, some of the work looked a little sloppy - messy caulking and a shower head pulling away from the wall. But everything worked. Plenty of plates, pots & pans, etc and lots of blankets which we loved. Beds were on the softer side (less supportive) and master bath could use some storage or counterspace (vanity might work better than pedestal sink).

Sea Colony - Nice Visit

For the most part our week was beautiful and relaxing. We love the community and the conveniences. This is our third rental. We have not yet found a rental we would want to go back to. The inside of this rental was dated. The bathrooms were too small and little counter room. The standards are different for the outside appearance and the inside conditions. It would be nice if Vacasa could rate the property. I would be willing to spend a little more knowing that the inside of the rental is just as beautiful as the outside.

A wonderful vacation. Everything was as expected , location was great, amenities were perfect. Master bathroom could use a little more counter or shelf room for toiletries. Would go back !!!

We love Sea Colony!

The same high quality we have come to expect after 30+ years of visiting Sea Colony. Our condo was immaculate, well stocked, and comfortable. The grounds were especially beautiful this year. The landscaping was gorgeous and it is clear that each year you try to beautify and develop a new plot with colorful flowers and plants. We liked the new amenities at West Lake, the bocci, shuffleboard and pickleball courts. Also enjoyed daily visits from our resident swan. Bravo for getting your sand beaches replenished after the May storm. Keep it up, Sea Colony! You are our destination for vacationing!

Perfect!

We have vacationed at Sea Colony many times, but this was our first time staying on the West side (not directly on the beach). We loved it! The places on the West side are less expensive and at the same time so much nicer! We really enjoyed the peace and quiet too. This unit was very comfortable and had so many nice touches, e.g. lots of cooking supplies and some kid toys and books tucked away. We took the trolley to the beach every morning (ten minute walk to trolley) and walked to the pool down the road in the afternoons. It was perfect. We highly recommend this unit and Sea Colony overall.

Exceptional location

This condo was so clean! It was well stocked, especially in the kitchen. They even had a cookbook. The layout and decor was so nice. A lot of thoughtful touches. My only criticism is the bed in the smaller bedroom. It was quite uncomfortable. Had a high spot in it. We turned the mattress and that helped a little but I think that mattress needs to be replaced. But we really enjoyed this location.
