Birthday trip

Wonderful place to celebrate my birthday. Very responsive and easy access. Place was very clean with a fantastic view of the ocean. Loved listening to the ocean from our room.

Walkable location to restaurants and beach

Clean studio with picture window overlooking the ocean and surfers. Nice communal deck for watching sunsets. Walkable to restaurants. Need a small vehicle to park in garage. Be careful when operating garage door. My husband pinched his fingers when it closed.

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful spot literally steps away from the ocean, we were shocked how close. The bed was also very comfy. Overall very pleased and would stay again.

Weekend Away

We were here for a weekend away. If you are renting a car make sure to get a small one to fit in the garage. Several times we had other guests parked outside of their garage so we had to wait to be able to fit in our spot, but they usually came out after a few minutes. The view was amazing and the location was great. Only issue we had was no place to hang up our clothes. Would 100% recommend!

Amazing location for a vacation

We stayed about a week. The place was in a beautiful spot right on the Strand. The ocean views were amazing, and we even saw dolphins from the bed. The place had everything you need.

Awesome location!

We loved hearing the sound of the waves all night and enjoying coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean. You can't sleep any closer to the waves than this place. Thank you for sharing the property!

Family vacation

This is our second year renting from Landsend and it was everything we expected! We enjoy the location and price specifically. The amenities provided are useful and the customer service from booking to leaving is always outstanding which is an additional factor when deciding to return. We look forward to returning next year for our annual family vacation.

Ironman Weekend

This condo was a last minute find. We came for Oceanside 70.3 Ironman, the location was absolutely perfect! Close to athlete village, 20min walk to T1 and stunning ocean view on the patio for your support crew to see you in the event for the run course. When we pulled into the parking area, we were greeted by our name and unit number on a white board then promptly greeted by Nate to make sure we were all settled. The unit was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We had a midsize car, which was a perfect fit for the parking stall. Checkout was a breeze, and again property manager Nate was there to ensure we enjoyed our stay and made checkout a breeze so we could be on our way to our next adventure. Thanks for everything!

Wonderful Stay

I was in Unit #18 from January - March. It was the perfect location, you could see the ocean from kitchen table and hear it in every room; easy walking to restaurants, stores, Farmers Markets n Thursdays, commuter train. The apartment was very cozy and met my needs perfectly. Furnished with everything I needed. Loved that it came with a very nice beach chair. Management was very accomadating and helpful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. MCS

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about Lands End. It is truly one of my favorite places ever! The condo I stayed in was unit #18 and it was perfect. It has a small patio with gates, so my dog could be out there. On the patio it has a set of chairs that are PERFECT to have a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night and watch the waves. You have a great view of the water from right there on your patio! Nate and the team on site are absolutely incredible and very accommodating with anything I needed. We really liked this trip because I didn't want to drive much, so we walked everywhere to relax. There's a coffee shop and a fish house just a quick walk down the boardwalk which was really nice. Also, we walked up to a brewery and it took 13 min door to door! Not bad at all. Lands End is the only place I stay when we head to San Diego and I cannot recommend it enough, since you are right on the water and can hear the waves at night!

Location was wonderful, amenities were great with thought for detail.

We had a great time and hope to return inn the near future! everything we needed, boogie boards, chairs, and an outdoor shower. Love the proximity to good restaurants and shopping. The owner is a gem!

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay as the unit was very nice, the view was great and couldn't beat the location. Enjoyed being able to sit right on the beach or the deck each night and watch the sunset; walking to town; and the sound of the ocean with the windows open. The only issue we had were the stove burners as we could not get them to light. We thought they were automatic ignite but those weren't working and had to use matches. Nothing big, just more of a little confusion.
