Wonderful vacation home in the world famous Sawgrass Players Club gated community, annual host of TPC Sawgrass. The house sits on a creek with amazing views and wildlife. Enjoy quiet seclusion for you and your guests or visit area attractions and destinations including historic St. Augustine, a myriad of college and professional athletic events, concerts, world renowned Mayo Clinic, TPC Sawgrass, and great pet-friendly beaches. All are just minutes away.

Amenities include a large playground for the kids, fine dining, golfing, tennis, and pickle ball (with separate memberships) all within walking distance of the vacation home. Within the greater neighborhood are additional golf courses, large community pool facilities, the Players Clubhouse and additional dining experiences.

Of course, you can also simply relax in the screened patio featuring a luxury 6-person hot tub with a lounge seat, an outdoor dining area, a conversation area with fire table, and a small pool. Cook dinner for you and guests on the backyard grill station or in the full-service kitchen.

Whether traveling for work, vacation, or in the area to visit The Mayo Clinic, we want you to have everything you’ll need for a perfect stay. The living room and all three bedrooms have Ultra High Definition Smart TVs with DirecTV Stream and HBOMax included at no additional charge. For sleeping, Bedroom 1 has a king size adjustable bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle, and the living room has a pull out sleeper sofa. All beds have luxury mattresses and high thread-count sheets. There is also free WiFi, a computer station with printer and 27 inch monitor, a recliner chair in the living room, full laundry room, towels, toiletries, a complete kitchen, coffee station, and virtually everything you need for a perfect stay.

Had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house was exceptionally well stocked, and the host was highly responsive. It was also a short drive to Mayo Clinic and local amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Rented this 3 bed/2bath in TPC Sawgrass for my family visiting during the holidays. Great location, to include a small pool and hot tub. The main bedroom was well appointed and had a fireplace. Two other bedrooms had ample space. Kitchen was well supplied, and included snacks, beverages and coffee - a very nice surprise. Would highly recommend for out of town family, a great beach or golf get away.

Beautiful home, great location and stocked with everything you need!!

We had a great time staying at this Property. It was very very clean, and no detail overlooked. There were plenty of towels and so many amenities in the kitchen (including generous snacks / beverages waiting for us after a long drive!). The reservation process was simple, the host was very responsive, and we will definitely be repeat customers. The location was perfect for attending The Players Championship and super close to CVS/Publix and lots of great restaurants. Thanks again!

The interior of the home was clean and well-furnished, but we were disappointed with the pool area. The carpet under the table had mildew, the patio needs pressure washing, and the screen enclosure appears poorly maintained with excessive Pine needle/ tree debris buildup. Additionally, the hot tub had a high chlorine concentration, making it difficult to enjoy. Furthermore, the pool is full of yellow spots, which appeared to be mustard algae and did not make it very appealing to use. Given the cost, we expected better maintenance of the exterior as well.

Thank you so much for your feedback Jeremiah. We apologize for the back patio diminishing your stay. With all of the rain we had and back to back stays, it was difficult to treat the rug as we typically do to eliminate the mildew/green algae you observed. Yes, unfortunately, as the screen roof is flat, the pine needles also tend to fall and then stick in the screen. We do remove them (takes hours as it has to be done by hand), but unfortunately, they come right back. Your stay coincided with heavy storms that exacerbated the issue. Some day we hope to replace the entire screen and update the patio but that is not feasible at this time. The hot tub and the pool are serviced regularly with chemicals balanced as recommended. What you were seeing in the pool was the aged finish, not algae. We are sorry it is not more appealing. Again, we apologize the back patio took away from your experience and diminished your relaxing stay. Regardless, we do appreciate you staying with us and providing the feedback. Awesome host And neighborhood

Communication with the host was easy and friendly. He was very attentive and responded to everything that we asked within minutes. Place comes with tons of amenities. The hosts have thought about what travelers need and provided. Neighborhood is fantastic! Lots of amenities, great, walking trails, well-maintained. For dog owners: note that the property is enclosed by neighbors' fences on both sides, the back is open to the creek. There is a small crack between the yards where the dog can get through. For that reason, we had our dog on leash.

Absolutely wonderful experience an area

The property was as lovely as the pictures and description depicted. Once we had reserved the home for our vacation we were immediately contacted by the homeowner to welcome us and welcomed any communication we needed to have. Lucas(Homeowner) went out of his way to get any information we requested for our week there. Anytime we texted him he responded every time within 5 minutes with an answer. We could not have asked for a more perfect location and host for our family vacation. Lucas worked with us when part of the family was going to arrive the night before and made property available for them to get in home a little early. We will definitely look to go here again in the future. Book this property, you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous Home with Pool in TPC Sawgrass

If you are looking for a well-stocked and beautifully decorated rental with three bedrooms and two baths, your search is over. As a bonus, this home has a small, screened-in pool area and a gas grill too! The host has thought of so many nice things to make their guests feel welcome, it's so very nice. This is probably the first rental we have ever had that we didn't have to worry about running to the grocery store for paper towels or because my husband left his toothbrush behind. This home is laid out very well, has many upgrades, and lives larger than its square footage. We very much enjoyed our stay. The host couldn't have been more gracious and responded to me right away --- thank you again for everything!!

Best Rental House Ever!

This house was amazing! It had everything we needed and more! Seriously we kept finding hidden surprises every-time we opened a drawer! The neighborhood was great and we were lucky to have a pickleball court 1 block away! We played there almost everyday which was perfect for us. The hot tub was great at night, especially with all the fun lights! Thank you again so much for accommodating our group we look forward to visiting again.

Lovely Florida Get Away Spot

Lovely place for a weekend get away. It was just the 2 of us, but this place is also perfect for families. The host provides so many amenities, is very responsive to messages, and makes sure you have a relaxing stay. There is no crazy checkout list. The property is close to beaches and some wonderful restaurants.

Retirees first vacation looking to decompress and breath in the free air!!!

Perfect location. Excellent Host. Well appointed home minutes from the beach. Need I say more. YES!!! Lucas and Sarah, it was a pleasure meeting you and enjoy your comfortable house for two weeks. Thank You!!! For you golfers, the Stadium Course was one for the bucket list. "Warning" don't play from the tips, just kidding, go for it!! Fish Camp seafood, 5min away, outstanding! Mickler beach, a dog's sand and surf retreat, very nice. My wife and I had a great time!!! To summarize.. pool, jacuzzi, recliner adjustable bed well appointed, on a golf course right next to the Ocean. Come on Man!!! We'll be back!!! Thx Lucas & Sarah

Coming back as soon as possible!!!

We had an absolute blast! Luke was an amazing host and was available to help with any issues within minutes. The hot tub was a go to and a most welcomed addition. The kids loved the pool. The amenities were great and fully stocked. The welcome basket was a much appreciated gift. There was something in it for everyone. We literally didn’t have to go anywhere. The area was great with shops and restaurants right around the corner.

Exceptional property!

This is the property for your get-away! Every detail about this property is considered for your total pampering. Starting with the luxury furnishings, the super comfy beds, the pool, the outstanding jacuzzi, right down to the coffee bar with all the extras. The location is convenient to shopping, the beach, golfing and Ponte Vedra's wonderful restaurants. This was our Girl Scout Troop's final trip and our 16 year olds loved it here. We made memories that will last our lifetime.

We are your hosts, Lucus and Sara. Along with our three young children, we live, work, and go to school in Ponte Vedra Beach. Having grown up in the area, we appreciate all North Florida has to offer and with our great pleasure, we would like to extend that experience to you, your friends, and family. We have put a tremendous amount of love and a bit of hard work into making our vacation home an inviting and memorable experience.
