Cozy Cottage in downtown PC. Steps to mountain!

This charming 850 sq. ft. cottage is in the heart of Park City. Five minutes walk from Park City Mountain ski area, our cozy retreat has everything you could want for; living area, kitchen, dining / work space, upstairs bedrooms. Upstairs, are 2 gorgeous bedrooms and a beautifully re-modeled bathroom.
The home is right in the heart of the action, yet on a quiet street, opposite the park and a block from the ski area. Never worry about traffic- its a really short walk to everywhere and the bus stop is just outside.

The space has been totally re-modeled this year, with new bathroom, carpeting, painting, beds and mattresses, all finished exceptionally, giving a clean and cozy experience. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a kingsize bed and the second with a queen bed and twin XL bunk over the top. It is super sturdy and fine for 3 adults if required. The bathroom re-model is beautiful with a double vanity and combo shower tub. There is a large washer and drier for your use. Access to Park City's attractions could not be easier. The bus stop is 20yds away, and will take you all over town - to the main street (0.5 miles) or to Park City Mountain, Canyons Village, or Deer Valley. Grocery shopping and liquor store are both a 5 minute walk or bus ride away.

Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the unit when you arrive in Park City, and enjoy.
The owner lives in the adjacent apartment (and is a fantastic ski instructor if you need one!)
I will be as flexible as I can be, regarding check-in and check-out, depending on other bookings.
I live in Park City and am always around to answer questions, but I won't bother you if you don't need me!

This two bedroom one bathroom cottage is the perfect place to launch your Park City adventure. With comfy beds and good quality linens, on a quiet street, you will be prepared for all that Park City has to offer and in the heart of the Park City action. It is a very short walk to the ski slopes (5 min max), and close to restaurants, shopping and family-friendly activities as well as Park City's famous nightlife. For Sundance, this couldn't be in a better location, being central (and walkable) to all the venues and also right on the bus route.

The local Park City transit system is free, extensive and regular. There is a bus stop right outside the condo that will connect you to anywhere in PC, or take you directly to the Park City and Deer Valley base areas as well as shopping and restaurants. The bus service is free and regular. If you do choose to bring a car, there is a private parking space however PLEASE BE WARNED THAT THE CAR MUST BE MOVED ON SNOW DAYS...

Just as picture, very modern cute and clean interior. Kitchen was well stocked. amazing location- we walked to slopes every day and to Main Street every night. The walk to the slopes was a bit more exercise than I wanted, but that is obviously no fault of the condo. Just something to be aware of.

Would stay here again!

Helpful emails in advance, very easy to get to, short walk to PCM base. Super clean and seems recently remodeled. Well stocked with spices, oils, laundry, etc.

Comfortable and great location

Great ski trip

Mountainside Treasure is located perfectly mid way between town and the base resort on many of the bus routes. It is cozy, comfortable, clean and well equipped. This is my second stay. We had a great time both trips.

Great location, happy family

This property was excellent. Everything was immaculately clean and in great shape. The second bedroom was a great setup for kids, and the primary bedroom was very nice and well-appointed, too. It was a great location both for town and skiing at Deer Valley (and across the street from a small sledding hill/park).

Cozy place

We had a great time in this place - It's really cozy as the title suggests! Location was perfect - 5min walk to Park City Mountain lifts and 10-15min walk to the "main street". You have a 7-eleven nearby if you need something quick, or a good supermarket "Fresh Market" 10min away. Check-in was good, the property was clean and communication with hosts was quick at all times. I would highly recommend and definitely consider staying there again!

Great spot, great location

Great spot for a couple and two younger kids or two friends. Great amenities like a gas fireplace, awesome stove. Complex is on a busy street but this unit is at the back and so very quiet. Location is amazing. Walk two blocks to the park city parking lot. Amazing.

Close to mountain

The condo was cozy and close to the mountain. Our kids were a bit too young to walk w all their gear quite that far, but would have been doable if they were older. The facilities inside the condo were in great working order!

Great place to stay in Park City!

The townhouse is clean, quiet and nicely equipped for a stay in Park City. The townhouse is in a great location close to town but not right downtown so it’s a quiet area. It’s a nicely updated unit. The beds are very comfortable and kitchen has everything you need to make meals during your stay. You can’t beat the proximity to the slopes. You can walk to the town lift or take a free bus to the Park City base. Overall we had a great stay and I highly recommend this rental.

Closer than expected!

Cozy, updated, clean, and CLOSE TO THE LIFTS! Save the money on a ski in ski out and stay 3 short blocks from the lifts. We clocked an easy 8 minute walk. Right inbetween down town and convenient shopping (grocery,drug stores,etc....). Condo had everything we needed and a VERY nice shower/tub after a day on the mountain. The perfect location and price for a cozy pad!

Great location and comfy home

We enjoyed our stay at this rental home. It provided all we needed. Beds are very comfy, and kitchen is well equipped. The hot shower is amazing! The best part is the location, 0.5 mile walking to the lift, and 0.5 mile walking to the Fresh Market, and stores and restaurants. We didn't need to rent a car, just reserved Ski Taxi for airport pick up and drop off. Also, Susan, the hostess of the mountain treasure LLC is very helpful, with quick responses and detailed instructions for all check in and out process, transportation options, and surrounding area introduction etc. We will surely come back again.

Comfortable, Cozy and Perfect Location

Perfect for a couple, or a couple of friends, or a small family. Spacious, modern 2 bedrooms (each with TV) and bath/shower upstairs, with small but pleasant sitting and dining spaces downstairs. Kitchen is on the petite side and could use a little TLC, but it's fully functional with a newer dishwasher and equiped with everything you need to cook. The cottage was spotless throughout and equipped with good quality linens and towels. Best is the location. No car needed. 8 minute walk to Park City Base Lodge: cross the street, up the hill (great stretch for your legs before skiing!), then across the parking lot and you're there. Under 10 minutes walking to Fresh Market for groceries and same to the center of Main Street. This cottage looks out over a children's play area in the park--much more pleasant than looking out over the street or a parking lot. OVerall great stay and will return!!

Spring break ski week

Cozy, clean and comfortable condo in great in-town location walking distance to ski lifts, grocery stores and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked and washer/dryer useful. Owner was informative, accommodating and easy to reach. Condo was perfect for our small party. Would rent again.

Great condo for families!

A great condo with spacious bedrooms. Condo had a lot of thoughtful extras (kitchen utensils, coffee, blow dryer, shampoo, etc). Great location as bus stop is across the street and there is a great park for kiddos right outside the front door.

Clean and Convenient

The property is clean and in very good condition. It is conveniently located near a bus stop which is just 5 minutes away from both the ski slopes and the center of town. It was the perfect size for two independent adults or a couple with two kids.

6 weeks in paradise!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the park ave, park city condo for 6 weeks during the early spring months. The house size was perfect for the 2 of us and we really appreciated the updates on the upstairs. Other than that, the location was spectacular, we spent almost every evening out waking to restaurants and bars nearby. We also appreciated the proximity to the park. The wifi worked great the whole time. Thank you so much for having us!

If you need a cozy place to rest a relaxing, this is your place.

The Cozy Cottage was a great place for my daughter and me to take a vacation. We were in walking distance to Main St for shopping and dining. Skiing is just a short walk up the hill. (I do recommend storing your skis at the slopes so you don’t have to carry them to and from the slopes.) The cottage is also in walking distance to the market so you can stock the kitchen with all the necessities for a ski trip. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit.
-A $1500 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure.
-This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. this applies both to inside the condo and the surrounding area.
-Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry!
-No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
-All outside shoes and boots must be removed on entry.

Wasatch Condominium HOA Rules:
*Maximum Occupancy: 4 persons (infants and children included) 2 persons per room max.
*Be courteous to neighbors: Each unit shares common walls, floors and ceilings: voices, music, TV etc. can travel thru shared structures and be disruptive to neighbors.
*Headphones are required when playing video games at all times.
*HOA requires adherence to quiet hours and all-hours courteous behavior for neighbors, indoors & outside along walkways and parking lots. *Noise complaints are taken seriously and may result in fines.
*NO trash/recycling to be left on porches.
*NO smoking anywhere on the property including parking lots and near dumpsters.
*December 1st to April 15th - Unit will have 1 designated parking spot and vehicle must fit in the stall without obstructing sidewalk along buildings.
SNOW PLOWING- Parking is uncovered. Cars must be removed from the lots on days with 2" or more snowfall. Cars are subject to fines and towing if snowplow work is obstructed.
* trash and recycling dumpsters are located on the north east side of the property. All trash must fit inside the dumpster and lid must be closed. Recycling dumpsters only allow loose articles * no bagged recycling is allowed
