Completely remodeled sophisticated oceanfront 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo, with fabulous views from the fourth floor is located in the sunny and vibrant beach town of Kihei. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, floating noodles, luxury beach towels and a cooler are all provided to enjoy your day at the beach! Upon your return a fully outfitted condo awaits. Whether you dine out (there are great restaurants nearby) or stay in, you will enjoy your new home away from home in Maui.

The Space:
The condo complex is nestled up against a lovely ocean beach and featuring property amenities such as two pools, hot tub, volleyball court, shuffleboard decks, putting green, several community BBQ grills with picnic tables with evening tiki torches, well maintained grounds with palm trees and banana trees, amazing sunsets. This part of paradise stands apart from the frenzy often part of the big hotel resort complexes and is designed to offer visitors the opportunity to truly relax and take in the aloha experience.
The condo offers a land line phone (with free calls to to the the mainland, Canada and Guam), cable and high speed WiFi, a fully equipped roomy kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and dish ware, blender, coffeemaker and all utensils including everything you need to BBQ. The dining area contains a table the seats four. In the living room area there is a big comfortable sectional sofa with queen size pullout bed (with memory foam mattress) and flat screen TV. The unit comfortably sleeps four. The bedroom contains a new King size bed. We also can provide a twin size floor mattress (bed in a bag) with extra sheets, pillows and blankets (by request with prior notice). Additional pillows and bed linens are provided. The newly remodeled bathroom has a stylish walk in shower. The adjoining closet is where our visitors will find new fluffy bath, hand and face towels along with beach towels. Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards are also at the unit. The condominium complex maintains a convenient laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers. Parking is free.

The Neighborhood:
The Kihei community enjoys several beautiful beaches, most all with nearby convenient public parking. In Maui all beaches must be accessible to the public allowing both visitors and residents the opportunity to fully enjoy the variety and beauty of the local beaches. Together with neighboring Wailea the area enjoys numerous shops, restaurants and “happy hour” opportunities. Kauhale Makai complex is a short distance from many grocery stores, including a Safeway, Times and Foodland, convenient for visitors who did not have the opportunity to stop in to Costco or Target by the airport prior to their arrival at the complex to check-in.

Getting Around:
Close to all that Kihei has to offer. Great restaurants, bars, fabulous beaches and more! A mere fifteen minute drive from the airport and only 10 minutes to the high end shops at Wailea.

Other Things to Note:
Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit.

Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.

Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex and are shared. Payable via app or coins. We provide Tide pods.

Our beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear as a covid precaution.

Pickleball players will enjoy Waipuilani Park, just minutes away.

The resort is designated within a hotel-zoned district and, as such, will not be impacted by the pending Short-Term Rental (STR) ban currently under consideration.

Interaction with Guests:
We live less than a mile from the condo and are always happy to help our guests with any recommendations or information to make their stay the best it can be! We enjoy meeting our guests when possible to show them around the property and make sure they have everything they need.
