Our cozy condo is nestled steps away from the beach with a spacious balcony providing a beautiful view of the ocean. Professionally cleaned & sanitized, our condo is the perfect beach escape for you.
The space
This 2 bedroom, 4 bed condo has 2 newly renovated bathrooms, including a new master en-suite. Each bedroom has plenty of storage with generous closet space and a laundry room so you don't need to overpack. A large kitchen, dining room, and comfortable living room (with one queen sofa bed) complete our cozy condo where you will undoubtedly savor many scenic sunrises on our furnished balcony.
Guest access
Enjoy the sunny New Smyrna Beach weather with access to private pools, lounge chairs, and numerous lunch tables equipped with umbrellas. Our condominium also offers free private parking, and on-site management assistance, while access to ramps and elevators make it easily accessible for all guests.

Memorial Day at the Beach

Great location by the beach

My family enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful condo close to the beach. The condo was clean and stocked with all the items we needed. The pool was clean and had plenty of seats and umbrellas. Looking forward to coming back to this location.

We enjoyed having Evette & her family reside at our beach condo .Evette took care of our apartment as if it were her own & communicated very well of her requests. I would enjoy have Evette & her family return to my apartment any time.

Lovely condo on the beach!

Robert and Jennie were a joy to work with. They both were very kind and helpful. Robert’s property is beautifully renovated and such a comforting and inviting space! The beautiful view of the beach from the balcony adds to the quaintness of the condo. Perfect for friends and family to meet for a relaxing weekend at the beach!

NSB visit

Condo was exactly as shown in listing. Only drawback was the necessity to use neighboring condo development to access beach due to damage from hurricane repair.

We certainly appreciate Robert's response to the condition of our condo access to the beach due to the 2 hurricanes that damaged our seawall & beach stairway. As explained to you prior arrival that access was obtained to an adjacent condo stairway. So we were appreciative of Robert's tolerance to that fact & enjoyed his stay despite the inconvenience of our destroyed beach stairway. We wish Robert will return another day to see the completion of the restored condo seawall & stairway.

New Smyrna Beach was amazing

From contact with the owner and the property manager the check in process and check out process was flawless. The property has an amazing view and is conveniently located close to an elevator on the second floor.. There was more than adequate dishes, cookware, flatware and appliances. There was also plenty of bath towels and hand towels. As advised we brought our own beach towels.As a courtesy, I left some dishwasher pods and dryer sheets, dish soap, garbage bags and paper towels.. because when I got there, there was already some…basically replenished what I used, then some. It was an amazing week! Thank you again to the owner Robert!

3 day vacation

The property was nice, my issue was no paper towels only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the entire place, One tiny bar of soap in master bathroom, no laundry soap even though there was a note to start a load of wash, no blow dryer we had to go buy one. Normally when I have stayed in a VRBO there have been a few small items like coffee, paper towels etc.

Great view - Awesome owner

We absolutely loved the view of the pool, beach and ocean from the double balcony. The awesome location and great complex made for a very comfortable, enjoyable stay. The owner had checked in with us yo see if there was anything we needed during our stay. When we mentioned the kitchen sink had a slight leak, he had a plumber there to fix it the next day. Robert is such a considerate, attentive, and gracious host. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

Our guests were absolutely a pleasure to have stayed. at our beachside condo We had a good experience in communicating both our concerns & were. happy to resolve them in a quick manner with satisfaction from our guests. I can't believe this place doesn't have a ton of fantastic reviews! First of all location, it is wonderful to be that close to the beach with 4 young kids! The property owners were super helpful, check-in and check- out was a breeze. There is plenty of space for a family of six, the patio is spacious with wonderful ocean and sunrise views! The condo was equipped with everything we needed and we loved playing monopoly at the dining room table as a family. This place is close to everything but not in the middle of town. Convenient wash station coming up from the beach by the pool... I cannot say enough good things about this place. We will definitely come back to stay at this condo!
