This charming vacation home delivers everything you need and resides in desirable southwest Cape Coral - where shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores are only a few short minutes away. Villa Marion features a bright and spacious floorplan, vaulted ceilings, and is completely furnished with everything you need for a relaxing getaway!

This captivating vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The 1,295 sqft home features a private, heated pool and spa! Enjoy the beautiful Florida weather all day long in the screened-in lanai, covered outdoor seating, and your very own grill. This outdoor arrangement is perfect for relaxing or entertaining family and friends!

You will have no shortage of memorable outdoor excursions during your stay, as popular destinations such as Matlacha, Pine Island, and the beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva are all just a short drive away.

During your stay, enjoy complimentary high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, Stereo system, DVD Player, and flat-screen TV’s in the master bedroom and living area with an included cable package for all your entertainment needs.

For all bookings made after May 30th, 2025, electricity usage is included in your booking total for stays up to 7 nights.

For reservations longer than 7 nights, an additional electricity charge will apply and will be requested separately through Airbnb’s Resolution Center prior to check-in. The nightly rate for extended stays varies by property and ranges from $15 to $25 per night.

Please note that access to the home may be restricted until the electricity payment has been received.

All bookings made prior to May 30th,2025, will be given a $10 nightly electricity usage allowance. An electric meter reading will be conducted at check-in and out. If a guest has used less than $10 of electricity per day, there will be no additional payment required; however, if the $10 nightly allowance total is exceeded, our management team will be contacting you for the additional payment . The guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance, which will be calculated at $0.16 per kilowatt of electricity usage.

Relaxing Stay

The property was nice and clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The pool was pretty but controlling the heat and bubbles in the pool and spa seemed tricky. We would have appreciated more basic supplies like toilet paper and laundry soap. Many nice extras like bikes, beach chairs and some pool toys were available. We had a lovely time.

Great house

House is just right for 4 adults or 4 adults plus 2 kids. Pool is nice and heats up easily. Communication with the management company is great (Very responsive.) House is on a cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood, so there’s no thru traffic. Quiet.

A comfortable place to get away

Relaxing Stay

We felt at home in this property. All the amenities in the kitchen which we used to prepare meals most days. The pool and hot tub were easy to operate and fully enclosed. At night remember to start the Hot Tub 30-45 minutes before using.

Just what we needed!

Villa Marion was just what we needed for our holiday break! The home is very well maintained and cared for. We found the house to be very clean and well stocked for a rental. The pool and spa were the highlight of the home and we enjoyed both each day of our stay. The property manager (Jana) was easy to work with and very responsive. 5 stars on this property!

Great views, great home and lots of fun

We had 3 couples 2 with kids teen and under plus 2 other singles. Everyone truely enjoyed the house and all the amenities. Great place to relax at and plenty of games and other activities in the house. The views are spectacular especially in the morning. Plenty of cooking utensils, dishes and storage for food.

Perfect place for what we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Marion. The house was very well equipped and clean. This was a hybrid “work from home” and vacation with a baby and toddler. We loved the spa and pool, the neighbor was quiet and well kept. Although there was a bit of a drive to get to the beaches, it wasn’t long and was the perfect amount of time for the kids to nap on the way home. We also discovered Matlacha very near the house and all of the excellent food it has to offer. We typically stay at Fort Lauderdale but after many years we might be converted!

Family Christmas

This 6 night vacation was planned to be our family Christmas. Two adults and three children. On the second day of our stay the pool and hot tub stopped working. Children on vacation want to go swim at 8am, they were awfully disappointed when the pool was 64 degrees. The property manager came to the house later that evening for a couple hours trying to fix the issue. The manager reassured us the issue was fixed but it was not fixed. The next two days we continued to messaged the manager that the pool and hot tub were still not getting to temp and we were told the cold weather was the issue. On our fifth day the manager finally sent out a professional pool guy and he told us the heater was in fact broken, the weather was not the issue. We did not get to enjoy the pool or hot tub and I had very disappointed children. Also, the dryer never worked, on day three we washed some laundry and put the clothes in the dryer and they never dried them. We notified the manager about this other issue, once again she came to the property. She basically cleaned out the lint screen and told us the issue was fixed. The issue was not fixed, the dryer still never dried. We tried every cycle. It never got warm. We had to lay out our clothes all over the house just to dry. Because the pool was broken my children tried to watch movies in our down time but the WiFi was so spotty we were unable to do that as well. Then we got an additional electricity charge once we left for the electricity usage.

Close to so much and away from it all!

This was a great holiday trip to visit family in Cape Coral. The location, being mid-Cape, meant we were close to all the action we wanted, including shopping, entertainment, and visiting family. It was also tucked away in a very quiet, beautiful neighborhood so we felt very relaxed and peaceful. The pool was a good size, and we were very excited to also have the use of the hot tub. Due to the unseasonably cold temperatures we did have some trouble heating it on a couple of days during the end of our stay. The internet was also hit or miss. Overall, a good value and great vacation spot!

Great Stay

Villa Marion was just as described, clean, well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, pool was GREAT. Jana was very attentive and prompt to respond to any of our needs or questions. Location is great, close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely return!

Cape Coral Stay March 2022

Overall, we had the most wonderful time staying in Cape Coral at this property. The property manager was WONDERFUL and was willing to answer any and all questions that came up during our stay. The property itself was clean and had everything we could have needed, even a high chair and pack and play for our young son. We would highly recommend this place for young families!

Great house for a family

I stayed in this house with my family of 6. The house has everything you need for your kids. High chair, pack and play, extra blankets, beach towlels and chairs and toys for the beach and pool. It was great to have everything there for me. The kitchen had every utensil you could want including a blender which we need for one if my little ones. The house is spotless as if no one has ever lived there. Not one crumb in the floor and no signs of any children staying there. The pool has the mesh dense in front of it so the toddler won’t dive in the pool but can still safely play near the pool. The outdoor table has roof over the table so that you can sit outside even if it’s raining . I loved the house. The only thing I can say is that it had many breakable things in it and with kids they will break them. You will have to pick up and move all the breakables . Other than that it is a great stay! I hope they let us stay again even though my kids messed up a few things .

My family stayed here during our spring break and we had such a relaxing, fun time! The house was welcoming and clean, the manager was kind & helpful, and we just loved the pool and hot tub. We spent most of our time there. :) We recommend it & would definitely return!

Relaxing

If you’re looking for an out-of-the-way quiet place this is the house. It was a little far to drive to the beach. Had an issue with the pool lights. There wasn’t much to do around the house everything was a little bit of a distance. But overall the house was nice the neighborhood was quiet.

Not exactly what we expected

This place was clean, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay, but be aware of the extra electricity charges. Before renting I inquired about the added daily electricity charge for the stay, and never received a response back. (This was the first VRBO we stayed at that listed this extra charge so I was a little confused). Being as places were going quickly, I booked it anyways. Our added electricity fee was roughly $50.00 for 4 full days. Not terrible, but for the price we paid for our stay, we felt it should have just been included. We also communicated a slightly later check out for the day of our departure well in advance. The day before our actual departure the owner seemed to have forgotten all about it, so I responded with our prior conversation screenshot, and I was met with some pushback. The hot tub slowly drains when I'm spa mode, and you constantly have to refill it. The pool is on an 8hr self pumping cycle during the day, so beware of the extra electricity charge especially if you're running the heater for any length of time which we barely did as we got sick of having to refill the spa. The screen doors shut violently, and need to be adjusted. My son was injured on the back of his leg when the screen door slammed on him. The home has all the kitchen utensils, and gadgets you'd ever need, and home had lots of towels, and extra blankets which was nice. Home is equipped with instruction manual for pool, and a binder with local information which was nice. Check in was not contact less, as owner requests to meet you at the property. Home is not centrally located to beaches so be prepared for 40-60 min. drive times. Cooler and beach umbrella where also available to borrow from the home if you venture to the beaches.
