This fabulous A-frame lodge style property has cedar floors, soaring cedar ceilings, stone walls, providing that cozy lodge feel that you deserve when staying in the wine country.
9 miles from Gillespie County airport , 70miles from Austin airport, 60 miles away from San Antonio airport, which makes it very convenient to travel.
This lovely home is sited on 5 acres of cedar trees, which actually were used to build the property.
Lot's of history, heart and charm in this home.
Perfect for girls trips, guys trips, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, or just spending time with the one you love .Get some peace and quiet and snuggle by a cozy fireplace.
Enjoy watching the deer run in the yard and watching the sunset.

We were absolutely delighted to welcome the New Year in this beautiful home. It is incredibly comfortable, the beds are amazing, and the bathrooms are fully equipped with everything you need. The shower was outstanding; we truly loved it! The house is gorgeous both inside and out, and the views are simply breathtaking. Lori is an exceptional host very kind, attentive, and always responds to messages quickly. We had a wonderful time as a family and can’t wait to come back!

We loved staying in the beautiful rustic house! It had everything we needed, and the view from the bed upstairs locked was amazing. You could see right out the huge window , and it felt like you were sleeping under the stars.It was about 10 minute drive to Main Street. We would definitely go back.

Perfect cabin for Fredericksburg

The property is ideal to get away and only 5-10 minutes from main. Amazing views and the kids loved seeing the deer every day.

Girls trip

The property was perfect and gated which we loved. The house was spacious and clean. The listing was incorrect with the number of beds listed. There is 1 king bed, 2 queens and 2 twins. It would sleep 9 comfortably but we made it work.

Great Birthday Stay

It was a very nice place. The only thing I would say is that it should be marked a little better. It was difficult to find the exact house. The house was well appointed with a great outdoor space. We would stay here again.

Love the house and location

We really enjoyed the location as it was just a short drive to town and was very peaceful and quiet. House is better suited for two or three couples as it is 2 bedrooms and a loft with 2 bathrooms. Our group ended up being smaller as our son, his wife and two kids were unable to make it so it worked out better in the end people wise or it would have been too small for the 12 of us.

Wonderful Property

We had a great time (4 adults). The house is clean and comfortable. The views are great and we loved seeing all of the deer. The house is also close to downtown so it was an easy drive to restaurants and shopping.

Girls weekend

Beautiful location close To Fredericksburg but remote enough to truly feel like a getaway. Lots of room and amenities to hang out. Will definitely come back!

Loved our stay

House was very pretty and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay. The surroundings were beautiful and saw lots of wildlife and deer. We would stay here again.Just noting though that the listing is incorrect in listing the numbers of beds. It says sleeps 12 and we had 9. It says the loft area has two queen beds and two twin beds, there was only 1 queen bed. Also incorrectly lists two primary rooms with a king bed. We ended up sleeping 3 to one bed which was fine but weren’t expecting.

Great getaway!

Our stay was great. The property is close to town but also secluded. We had one large dog that enjoyed the fenced yard and freedom. We even changed plans and stayed in to play games and enjoy the seclusion. We will definitely stay again and the friends that stayed with us are already planning their next trip to the property.

Great get away!

The cabin was so cute and exactly like the pictures! It wasn’t far from Fredericksburg and the wineries. Lori was very helpful with adding additional guests. The cabin was also ready before 3pm check in so we were able to drop off our stuff before heading to the wineries. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you :)

Two friends who have known each other for over 20 years. Kids grew up together and we went threw many hard times and goodtimes together. Lori saw this house and thought it was very special. So she called Stephanie and they both agreed to go ahead and make this charming place their property.

Lori is a Realtor in Texas and California and resides in California. Stephanie is a mortgage lender in Texas who grew up and resides in Texas.
We are super excited to share our home with you.

I have never seen a property that was so unique .The previous owners had built this property when they where very young in age . The cedar floors ,walls and ceilings are cedar from the trees on this lot.
Makes it even more special to us both!
