Velamar is perched between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby hotspots. Drive 4 minutes to El Tule or Chileno Bay for beautiful beaches and snorkeling, or visit Cabo Real Golf Course just 7 minutes away. The area is also great for birdwatching and hiking, with the Desert Natural Park Reserve close by.

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is 17 miles from the property, about a 25-minute drive. Free parking is available on-site, and having a rental car will make it easy to explore nearby attractions. Public transit is limited, but taxis and rideshares are an option.

Note.- Cabo is growing, maybe there is some noise from construction around it.
No smoking inside the condo. A $200 USD penalty will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, and we kindly ask that doors remain closed when doing so.

No parties or events are allowed. This is a peaceful residential community, and we ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
