Worked nicely for our stay! Parking is an issue, but never had to walk more than a few blocks.

Great place in great neighborhood

Comfortable place with great amenities. Short walk to the beach and conevenient location. This is our preferred place to stay in SD when visiting family. Looking forward to next time!

Fantastic unit in a great location! The place was spotless when we arrived. The queen bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The beach wagon and beach chairs were convenient. We enjoyed walking everywhere to explore the area. Many restaurants are walking distance. Only a few minutes to the bay beach and 15-20 walk to Pacific beach. We highly recommend this unit to a couple or a couple with a young child. Although we did not need these items, there were a playpen, a highchair a nursing pillow in the master closet. The linen closet had plenty of towels. There were plenty of fans and the A/C was very efficient even though we were there during a heatwave. The only inconvenience we had was finding a parking spot on the street one day out of six. We were pleasantly surprised that we did not have more difficulty with parking. We would definitely stay there again if we return to the area. This place is a 10/10!

Pacific beach living

Nice part of San Diego, more peaceful than on the beach side. Wonderful spot, wonderful host, place was clean. Everything was new and up-to-date. I would stay there again!

Beautiful place! Immaculate and nicely decorated. Only downside: the pillows were not comfortable there wasn’t coffee provided. But I would definitely stay here again. Nice little walk to coffee shop and Sprouts.

Excellent Stay

This is a brand new rental, with plenty of space for 1-2 couples. The kitchen has all new appliances and there is plenty of outdoor space to soak up the sun

This is a great property. Recently remodeled, very clean, well equipped and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Well within walking distance to the beach, bay and local shopping, restaurants. The hosts were nice and accommodating. The property management company was very professional, responsive and helpful when he needed to change the dates for our stay.

Excellent!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The check in process was easy, the communication great, the cleanliness was immaculate, the kitchen well stocked, and the location was wonderful! Bikes were accessible and I enjoyed biking along the bay each morning. I loved being able to sit outside each morning with my coffee. It felt very private.

Great property and location!

We chose this place because it was 2 blocks from my sister-in-law. The property itself is in a great location and walking distance to downtown. It was very clean and comfortable. We even made a big dinner with the full kitchen and utensils. We plan on staying here again the next time we visit. Highly recommended!

Nice property. Good location central to the Bay, the beach, and restaurants. Stayed int he one bedroom unit. clean, and we appointed. Owner on site and was very friendly, but not intrusive.
