This super clean, updated raised beach house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large open floor plan for the living room, dining room and kitchen area. There is also a sitting area under the house with a gas BBQ, games, and hammock. Bed linens, bath towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and complimentary use of the owners golf cart are ALL included. Golf cart is approximately $400 if you had to rent it separately.

Close to the beach, golf and fishing but far from the craziness. Our pier home with golf cart located on a private cul-de-sac in the gated resort of Oceanside Village is just steps from Surfside Beach, minutes from golf courses, only a few miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport, and just down the street from Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island to the south and Myrtle Beach to the north. There is private, gated beach front parking and rest rooms for guests that choose to drive the golf cart or car to the beach, yet we're super close to the beach in case members of your group want to walk home for lunch or sleep in and join you later.

Our home includes high speed internet, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal -- all in quiet Oceanside Village just minutes from dining, shopping, miniature golf, movie theaters, jet skiing, kayaking and just about anything else you like to do on vacation!

Relax on the large second floor deck or in the 1st floor lounge area with couches, chairs, hammock, large fan, streaming TV, and the gas grill (propane included). You'll also find a private outdoor shower, with HOT and COLD water to wash off the salt and sand after a day at the beach.

Within our secure, gated community you'll find an indoor heated pool, two outdoor pools and a mini water park for the kids which is sure to be a memory-maker! Oceanside Village also has a 16 person whirlpool by the Hickory Grove pool. An activities center, tennis courts, a basketball court, baseball field, playground, volley ball court, five stocked fishing ponds, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, and 2 dog parks are also available onsite.

You can enjoy the fitness center for an additional fee per week by signing up at the office onsite. Golf for an additional fee at the spectacular Tupelo Bay course is just 4 minute ride or 15 minute walk away...across the street from the main gate. Check out their Glow Golf or Foot Golf when available!

Our golf cart is included with your rental for travel within Oceanside Village ONLY and for beach front parking in the Oceanside Village private parking area ONLY.

One (1) small dog under 20 lbs. is welcome. (An additional dog or larger dog may be considered for an additional fee.)

RENTAL RATE INCLUDES LINENS AND TOWELS, and GOLF CART!

High season (May - September) requires a Saturday check-in and 7-night minimum. Please contact me for other options.
