The House of Your Dreams
My wife Susan and I built this home for our family of five children and 16 grandchildren to enjoy. The house has surpassed all of our wildest dreams. The house is a ten minute walk from the beach but yet tucked away from the tourists in a quiet residential setting. Situated on the Gulf of Mexico, with a private dock extending into the ocean over 100 feet, allows guest to enjoy a view and fishing that others have to pay for. An awesome swimming pool and hot tub sitting feet from the ocean will be the place to be for you and your guests. Enjoy the sunset from the sunset bar and watch the sun set over Sanibel Bridge.
4 bedrooms, 6 baths, a chefs kitchen, a glamorous family room, a mother in law suite, a lower level bunk room, an elevator, an outdoor kitchen, three lanais, make this house the place to fulfill your dreams.
For a special treat have the Tiki Hut Boat pick up to 8 guests for a sunset cruise. We have made arrangements for the Tiki Hut Boat to pick you up from our Private Dock.

We are Susan and Barry Jolly from Northern Kentucky. We have owned Vacation Rental Homes since 2002. The Ft. Myer Beach Dream Home is Brand New. So, it does not have many reviews. However, all of our other properties have hundreds and we have rated over 4.5 every year since we began.
Our Vacation Homes are all built to accommodate large families. We have five children and 16 grandchildren. Family time is very important to us. In fact, it has been the inspiration for the building of this house. We have found that when our family visits, they do not want to leave the house.
Susan and I try very hard to keep our properties in pristine condition. We have found that guests appreciate this and are helpful in caring for our property as well. In fact, we ask that if you are not willing to treat the property like it was your own, please rent another home.
