We're the perfect location for both exploring the exciting beach towns finest attractions/eateries or enjoy the comfort of our modern interior and comfortable home with many provided amenities.

The Space:
The home offers a modern decorated and comfortable stay within a short walking distance to everything exciting that Imperial Beach has to offer. With amazing amenities such as: fast wifi, a fully stocked kitchen, large and spacious dining table, a relaxing living room with a smart tv. Along with a community shared washer and dryer available for your use during your stay. Even a courtyard with a patio dining area with a BBQ grill, along with benches outside to sit on, relax, and enjoy the fresh outdoors.

Two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and one bathroom. Living room with a comfortable couch and TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we do not provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent. There is a mini split AC unit in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. Washer and dryer are shared within the community and are coin operated.

You'll be located in a secure private building that is right in the heart of Imperial Beach, just across the street from the boardwalk and beach! Within a short walk to everything exciting that Imperial Beach has to offer: amazing restaurants, bars, cafes, breweries, eateries, the pier, ice cream shop, Farmer's Market (every Friday), etc etc! You'll love being a local in the peaceful condo in the heart of this exciting beach town. We are steps away from the a playground, the pier and all the charming IB shops and restaurants that make this unique beach town so irresistible.

Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive, private access to the home. Condo is located on the second floor. Guests are encouraged to use our pleasant courtyard and BBQ, which are shared with other residents.

The Neighborhood:
Located right above the Estuary this beach city has less of the hustle that most San Diego beaches do and because of that is able to maintain the small beach town vibe more easily. Imperial Beach the city is the Southern most beach city in California.

Getting Around:
With a 73 Walkscore, once at the property, all needs can be satisfied on foot!

Other Things to Note:
Our building is a special community that treasures living peacefully together in this beautiful place. As a temporary member of our community, you are expected to follow these sacred rules without any exceptions.

1. No smoking of anything, anywhere
2. Be quiet, especially in the courtyard, before 8am and after 9pm.
3. Park in the correct spot and leave space for the neighbor
4. No more than 4 people (including kids and babies) as it is illegal for us in the city of IB.
5. Don’t leave anything outside the apartment, hung on the railing, or in the courtyard.
6. If you enjoy the patio or BBQ, you must immediately clean up after.
7. Leave sand at the beach. Don’t hose off sand in the courtyard, don’t wash sandy things in the dryer, don't shake off sandy things on the balcony or in the courtyard. Don't rinse anything in the fountain or hose.
8. No Pets.
9. Washer and Dryer are shared, coin operated within the community and available for your use during your stay.

The community takes these rules VERY seriously. If any of them are violated, we must respect our community, and will have to ask you to leave. In addition you will be charged a $300 fine. These funds will be used to do something nice for the residents and balance out the karma.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THIS IS AN ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND I AGREE TO IT VOLUNTARILY. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT I SHOULD NOT AND MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS ACTIVITY IF I AM UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.

We are located directly across from the beautiful beach and Pacific Ocean at the southernmost beach town in California. Please note water access and use can depend on County Beach and Bay Water Quality Program.

Our housekeepers will supply initial stock of amenities you'll need to comfortably arrive and relax. For longer stays, guest is responsible for purchasing items for their use; however, midstay cleans and restocking of supplies can be provided and scheduled upon guest request for an additional cleaning fee.

Washer and dryer are shared within the community and are coin operated.

Interaction with Guests:
For your convenience, we allow our guests to self check-in and check-out by default. We will be here for you if you need us, and always in touch. We are happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants, things to do, etc.
