When nights come to a close, the flatscreen TV and plush furnishings in the living area will make for the perfect setting to stream a favorite show or movie on Netflix with a big bowl of popcorn and some sweet treats before retiring to the queen bed for a good night's rest.

Boasting a convenient location, you will have no trouble grabbing a latte from the Washburne Café down on Main, dining at one of several local restaurants, or popping into a few unique boutiques. When you want to venture out a bit further, take a stroll along the stunning Willamette or zip over to downtown Eugene for even more fun including the University of Oregon campus, just a few miles west. And if a beach day is on the agenda, the scenic 70-mile drive to the ocean is well worth it, as there is nothing quite like the Oregon Coast!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
